A lovely modern apartment, recently renovated and with new furniture, awaits you in the center of Rome. The apartment is on the third floor and is located in a leafy, residential area close to many bars and restaurants. It is just a short walk away from Colosseum and 450m from Appia Antica park.

In the apartment you will find all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay in Rome, such as air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, washing machine, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle and TV. We also provide the basics in the kitchen, so you don't need to worry about buying coffee, tea, oil, salt and sugar.
What’s more, the new bathroom is now equipped with a spacious, modern shower. Relax!
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, yet it is very close to many pubs, bars and restaurants as well as a 24-hour supermarket.

One of the best-known covered markets in Rome is a mere 50m from the apartment - here you can buy fresh fruit, vegetables, meat and fish as well as all sorts of clothes and accessories.
There are 2 bus stops 100m from the house, where you can catch buses to the old part of Rome and the Vatican. There are also 2 metro stops, each less than 15 minutes' walk away. These are Re di Roma and San Giovanni - from here you can easily travel to Termini, the central station, and from there to the airports.

Only the people present at check-in are allowed in the house, and all other guests must be approved by the landlord.
The metropolitan city of Rome provides for all guests of hotels, holiday homes, camping, bed & breakfast, bedsides, the payment of a tourist tax of € 3.50 per person / a day.
The fee is payable in cash at the time of check-in.
