New fitted kitchen (oven, hob, fridge, new dishwasher, microwave), dining-living room (television + burner), new bathroom, WC, 3 bedrooms (2 single beds + 1 double bed + 1 double bed). 4G so no problem to get phone and internet with your phone subscription (No wi-fi in the house). Ground and entirely closed garden, for young children in full safety. Child umbrella bed, seat and baby bath. Large basement of 50 m2, very practical for bikes or any other equipment. 3 bikes available on loan. New washing machine. Proximity of Alsace, 1h Ribeauvillé and Riquewihr, Colmar, 30 mins from Remiremont and Epinal. All services in Granges / Vologne: bakery, butcher, supermarket, doctor, pharmacy, etc ...
