The house and the garden are very nice, the house is clean and comfortable. The host, Karla is very kind and ready to help anytime. There are several small or secluded beaches in 10-20 minutes driving distance. The Adriatic see is beautiful. This is a perfect place for a family holiday.

This is a wonderful house on a beautiful property! Very clean and it has a wonderful terrace surrounded by a lovely olive orchard. The hosts were amazing and available for any inquiries. Close to the beach and historic towns. I wish I could have stayed longer and hope to return one day.

Brilliant service!

Nice place far from everything. It was good even with 3 young children (2-4 year old). They have a lot of place to play between and on the olive trees. The sea was 15-30 minutes from the house, depending which beach you choose. Nice and clean house, good comunication with the helpfull hosts. I recomend it to everyone.

High-end vacation!

With a gracious and accommodating host, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in beautiful Peruški. The house was easy to find, we received a warm welcome, and our host was communicative and helpful throughout our stay. We've had easy access to the beach, and despite the narrow roads leading down to it, we've never had an issue with traffic. I would definitely recommend taking a car to the beach, in any case. The walk can be fairly long - depending on which one you go to. The kitchen was well equipped; better, in fact, than the original listing let on, and the whole place looked even prettier in real life than on pictures, which is a rare occurrence. The barbecue outside was amazing! We've used it quite a lot, and the host has left us both coal and wood to burn, as well as fire starters to get it going. Overall; we had an awesome experience, largely thanks to our host. Thank you for everything! We very much hope to come again someday.

Wir verbrachten 5 Nächte in der Unterkunft von Carla. Der Check-In verlief problemlos. Carlas Vater hat uns nett empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Garten ist sehr groß und ideal für Urlaube mit Hund. Manchmal kam der kleine Hund der Nachbarn zu besuch. Er macht aber keine Probleme. Die Kommunikation mit Carla war super. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Wir haben eine Woche in dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Haus war total sauber und super ausgestattet. Vor allem mit unseren Hunden war der riesige Garten einfach ein Traum. Wir konnten super abschalten, da die Umgebung super ruhig ist. Man ist zu Fuß sehr schnell bei einem kleinen Supermarkt und auch das Meer ist mit dem Auto nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Die Gastgeberin ist super freundlich und steht einem bei Fragen gerne zur Seite. Eine absolute Empfehlung!

Erholung Pur

Dass haus und die natur sind sehr schön und ruhig. Es gibt zwei klimaanlagen, eine im Wohnbereich und eine in einem der Zimmer. Es war immer schön kühl :-) Wir wurden von dem Vater mit einem willkommensdrink begrüßt und er war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt und hatte auf dem Grundstück viel auslauf lol. Es gibt ganz in der nähe schöne einsame buchten nur der weg dort hin ist etwas heuprig. :-) man kann aber auch an sehr schönen öffentlichen ständen gehen die gut zu erreichen sind. Wir haben in Laborika ein leckeres restaurant pizzeria vesner gefunden. Alles in allem sehr erholsam. Vielen dank

Grosszügiges Landhaus mit allem notwendigen Komfort. Ruhige Lage in istrischer Landschaft inkl. Blick auf das Meer, Olivenbäume, Sternenhimmel, Grillenzirpen, Lavendelduft. Herrliche, überdachte Terrasse mit Natursteingrill und extra Wasseranschluss. Perfekte Erholung. Sehr gastfreundliche Betreuung vor Ort! TIP: EU-Bürger bitte Ausweisdokumente (inkl. Kinder) für die Einreise nich vergessen ! Ansonsten muss man eine Extra-Runde in der Botschaft Laibach einplanen...

Absolute Ruhe zwischen Olivenbäumen

Allem voran muss die Vermieter-Familie vor Ort erwähnt werden. So stellt man sich Gastgeber vor. Freundlich und unkompliziert, herzlich und liebenswert. Das Haus selbst ist neuwertig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Betten/Matratzen. So einen Komfort hat man selten. Völlig allein stehend auf ca. 1 Hektar Grund zwischen Olivenbäumen und mit einem schönen Fernblick. Genau das, was wir uns vorgestellt haben. Man muss sich dessen bewusst sein, dass man hier wirklich einsam und abgeschieden ist. Wir fanden es großartig, unser Hund auch. Auch wenn man das Meer sehen kann, man geht nicht mal eben zum Strand. Mit dem Auto haben wir jeden Tag einen anderen Ort angesteuert und so die Halbinsel Istrien mit all ihren schönen Seiten kennengelernt. Fazit: als Ort der Erholung und Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge ideal.

Abgelegenes nagelnaues Haus im Osten Istriens

Wir waren die ersten Mieter dieses Hauses - das absolut sauber war; einige Kleinigkeiten fehlten, was aber bei den sehr sympathischen und hilfsbereiten Vermietern sofort nachgeliefert wurde; das Haus steht allein auf einem riesigen Grund ... wir waren mit Kindern und Hunden da und haben es sehr genossen ... jederzeit wieder! Die 5 min die man mit dem Auto zu div Stränden fahren muss haben uns gar nciht gestört, da wir dann zu Fuß weitergingen und immer nette einsame buchten gefunden haben ... sehr zu empfehlen
