il terrazzo non si trovava come previsto li dell' appartamento, con un' uscita diretta dall' appartamento, ma ben al piano terra, ed è stato un grandissimo dispiacere essendo per noi un requisito fondamentale. di conseguenza il vostro prezzo ci è sembrato molto elevato.
