Apartment is in great location near beach there ar...

Apartment is in great location near beach there are stairs but easily accessible. Host was brilliant. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and I would recommend it and also come again as it was more than expected for the price paid.

Velikost ubytování: Pokoj je maličký, nicméně odpovídá ceně a je naprosto dostačující. Věcí jsme s sebou neměli málo, ale do pokoje jsme se vešli. Kuchyň je opravdu malinkatá, navíc je to prostor, kterým se do apartmánu vchází, takže pokud vaříte, druhý člověk se těžko dostane ven či dovnitř, ale to nám vůbec nevadilo. Prostor koupelny byl malý, ale dostačující. Čistota: Průměrná. Postel byla čistá, ručníky také, nicméně nedá se mluvit o absolutní čistotě. V rozích na zemi najdete zašlou špínu, na umyvadle vlas, nádobí si musíte před prvním použitím umýt. Vybavení: V ložnici jsou dvě menší skříně, ramínka, stolek, židle, křeslo, malá lednička s mrazákem. Oceňuji přítomnost větráku . Kuchyň byla vybavena na svou velikost až překvapivě dobře. Je tu základní vybavení, dokonce i hrnce a pánev. Skleničky na víno si ale musíte přivézt Domácí: Akceptoval náš příjezd ve 22:30. Když jsme cítili plyn, ještě v noci šel pokoj zkontrolovat. Neměli jsme vůbec problém se sezením na terase i po 10. hodině. Sledovali jsme seriály a potichu si povídali a nikdo nás nevyháněl. Ovšem byli tam i hosté, kteří byli neustále opravdu hluční, takže pak chápu, že mohl být u někoho problém se sezením na terase po 10. hodině (jak se píše v jiných komentářích). The apartment's size: The room is small, but it reflects the price and it's totally sufficient. We had a lot of stuff with us, but they definitely went in the bedroom. The kitchen is veeery small, plus it is a space by which you come into the apartment, so when you're cooking, the other one hardly gets in or out, but it didn't bother us at all. The bathroom was small, but sufficient. Tidiness: Medium. The bed and towels were clean, however you can't talk about super-tidiness. In the corners there was old dirt, hair on the sink, the dishes have to be cleaned before you use it for the first time. Equipment: There are two smaller wardrobes in the bedroom, hangers, a table, a chair and an armchair, small refrigerator with a freezer. I appreciate there was a fan . The kitchen was equipped surprisingly well. There were basic facilities, even pots and a pan. OF COURSE, you have to bring wine glasses with you Landlord: He accepted that we came at 22:30. When we smelled gas, he immediately (at night) came to check it. We didn't have any problems with being on the terrace at all even after 10 PM. We watched tv series and talked quietly. On the other hand there were guests who talked very loudly all the time, so I understand there might have been problems sitting on the terrace after 10 PM with somebody (cf some comments here).

A szoba merete megfelelo. Az agy nagy, nem a legkenyelmesebb de jo. A furdo kicsi ablaktalan, nincs szelloztetesre lehetoseg. A fozosarok kicsi, nem hasznaltuk csak viz melegitesre a kavehoz. A szoba nagyon meleg volt ejszaka is nyitott ablaknal, negativum a legkondi hianya. Kozos terasz nagy, barati tarsasagoknak jo. Sajnos a tobbi szobahoz sincs legkondi.

The owner of apartment does not speak english. So communication was impossible.The parking place was not enough, parking was nightmare. The studio room was stinky, last guests have left their litre in rubish bin. The fact:room was cheap, but I do not recommend this house. The beach was awesome.

Dobry den zo službamiCK sme boli velmi spokojny do CHorvatska sme išli 3 krat ubytovanie bolo podla ponuky až na to že k plaži bolo treba zdolat 85 schodov čo popise nebolo uvedene a z domacich som bola velmi sklamana už o 22 hod nas nahanali spat pričom sme sedeli na terase a sme sa iba rozpravali ani radio nešlo lebo vo vedlajšej izbe nam spala 9 mesačna vnučka a sme ju nezobudili len domacim stale niečo prekažalo velmi som s ich pristupom sklamana určite sa už tam nikdy nevratim

Már második alkalommal utaztunk az Adriatic-al. Most sem csalódtam, pont azt nyújtották amit igértek, ezután is velük utazunk! Ár/érték arányban kitűnő volt a szolgáltatás (ennyi pénzért a Balatonon max. sátorozhattunk volna). A szállást kicsit nehéz volt megtalálni ( jól jött volna egy várostérkép ), kár hogy a tulajdonos nem tudott egy idegen nyelvet sem, így csak mutogatással, és csekély orosz tudásom segítségével kommunikáltunk.
