Overall, this is a reasonable value. What follows is feedback from owning and managing multiple properties for almost 20 years on VRBO. Much of what follows is recommendations for the owner. The unit faces West and gets very hot in the afternoon. There is no air conditioning, and no fans. We stayed in early June so I can’t imagine what July/August are like. The kitchen was not very clean. We brought many of our own cleaning supplies to clean up before cooking. The counters seemed like they had not been wiped for a lengthy period of time. The floors were also not very clean. If there was a broom or usable mop, we would have cleaned up during our stay. There is a washer but no dryer, and clothes take forever to dry. there is no line outside to hang things on. The kitchen has basics - one frying pan, toaster, drip coffee maker, and a few other items. There is enough to cook basic breakfasts and simple dinners. One thing we consistently received feedback on our properties is how well guests appreciated having many kitchen gadgets (spatula/turner, good cutting knives, cutting boards, can openers, cheese grater, etc.). We always cooked in our own units so we knew what we wanted to have. The kitchen has the basics so don’t plan on extensive cooking of gourmet meals. The location is relatively quiet at night which we enjoyed. There is a garage under the building but it is very challenging to navigate the parking. As I started, this is an overall value.

Semaine a nazare

Joli appartement spacieux ,bien situé tout à proximité, bars , restaurants , animations, manque de la vaisselle pour cuisiner, cafetière à filtre , une récente aurait pas été du luxe .. frigo était abîmé il ne fermait mal , volet roulant abimé aussi . Le bar de l’autre côté avait des soirées musical le bruit nous a dérangé ..

Appartement spacieux et lumineux à deux pas de la mer.

Bel appartement moderne et spacieux avec parking souterrain et ascenseur très bien situé (à 5 minutes de la plage et à 2 minutes des restaurants et commerces). Seul petit bémol, la batterie de cuisine gagnerait à être plus étoffée ( passoire, casserole, poêle, bouilloire).

Presque parfait

Très bien située, grandes pièces mais beaucoup de manque dans la cuisine. Cuire des pâtes... pas de passoire pour égouter. Plat au four... pas de mitaines à four, on s'est servit de serviettes. Pas de poèle à frire, celle qu'il y avait (Très petite) bon pour 1 seul oeuf. Pas d'ustensiles pour servir soupe, tourner les oeufs ect... Pas de savon liquide pour vaisselle. Une fiche explicative pour les appareils électriques avons dû réarmer le disjonteur principal 3 fois. Un bon lavage de vitre est à prescrire. Régler ces manquements et l'appatement obtient un 5⭐️
