Aveiro Ria View, is a private apartment with a direct view over the wonderful Ria de Aveiro. At the confluence of the Main Canal and the Canal de S. Roque, in front of the famous Ponte de S. João, where we could admire the Moliceiros Boats as they come and go through the serene waters of the Ria, admire the beautiful sunset and feel the air of Aveiro's salt flats. A step away from the Fish Market and peeking at the Rossio Garden. They are a space of charm and comfort where you can spend a pleasant night or a few days in this wonderful city.
Aveiro Colorful, luminous city, salt water mirror, museum of new art, hand painted tiles. Where Sal and Doce come together to give you the best sweets in Portugal. With excellent cuisine and wines.
It has everything to provide you with a good experience and we are at the center of everything Thank you

Excellent location. The only down fall is it is very small. Good for 1 or 2 nights. Very clean and host is very nice.

Inaccurate Listing!

Booked for a 1 night stop over. Was a cheap option but listing specified Air Con so for one night we thought sharing a single room with 2 teenagers would be ok.Unfortunately "Air Con" turned out to be a fan in the corner.....hosts excuse "A translation issue".Difficult to communicate with host as only messaged in Portuguese even though listing states "English, French, Spanish and Portuguese - lots of google translate needed.Basically this is a room with 2 double beds, a basic bathroom and nothing else (other than alot of brightly coloured scatter cushions as shown in the photos!)Dont believe the listing, stay there if you can get it for 50 but dont pay more!

Exactly as described

This was basic accommodation right on the water, so the location was great, and unit was clean, and checking it was seamless. It didn’t have all of the amenities of some of our other locations, but we knew that from the listing when we booked. It was exactly as described. as a note, someone had commented that there was a smell in the unit, but we did not have any issues. Owner also had a dehumidifier running, which made it a pleasant environment.

Sad disappointed

Checkin was difficult because of all the construction going on. The owner said parking was available but it is over a bridge across the canal under the highway. The directions given were not good. The apartment was not clean. I let the owner know that the linens were dirty and old. Not what is in the picture. There was dirt smeared on the bed frame. The heater smelled like burned rubber and we could not use it. The shower was also old and dirty. There were many air fresheners and it did not smell good. They were all dirty. At 11:00am the owner called us to check out. The listing and the posting said checkout at 1:00pm. She was rude and argued about the time. We rushed out and left very disappointed and sad from our experience. It made me sad we wasted our time and money there.

Cara Cliente nos não estamos em obras, nem na nossa área, existem realmente obras publicas na cidade da responsabilidade da autarquia, em vários locais turísticos, as quais somos alheios OS nossos AL foram totalmente remodelados no mês de Janeiro de 2023 por esse motivo tudo esta novo A senhora informou que trazia um cão educado o seu cão roeu 2 mantas e uma toalha e tinha um odor muito forte por esse motivo deixamos de aceitar animais de estimação em todos os nossos parceiros porque a irresponsabilidade e a falta de respeito que a senhora demonstrou levou-nos a esta decisão nunca fomos rude ou mal educados com a senhora, mas a senhora devia de ter mais respeito pelos funcionários porque são pessoas, não são inferiores a si obrigado

Déçu par rapport aux descriptifs dans lannonce et cher pour ce logement Baignoire mais pas bouchon pour boucher l evacuatuon donc pas de bain je pense que cest volontaire mais dans ce cas ne mettez pas baignoire dans lannonce mais douche .. Aveiro ville magnifique

Um bom apartamento para umas mini férias para casal. O apartamento é confortável, num local com bom ambiente e bem situado no centro da cidade e perto do comercio. Um dado importante foi o facto de podermos levar o nosso yorkshire que foi muito bem aceite pela D. Paula, senhora muito simpática, bem disposta e, acolhedora.

Pequeno flat, com tudo o que é necessário para um ótimo fim de semana. Oferta de cortesia pelos proprietários de água, chá e café. Situado no centro histórico de Aveiro, junto a um dos muitos canais da ria, perto do Parque do Rossio. Um muito obrigado à D. Paula Maia, que se disponibilizou para tudo o que fosse necessário. Nice and cozy

Everything was working fine, the bed was ok. The owner was very uncomplicated and nice. The apartment is as shown, parking on the road is usually easy. Close to dozen of pubs and restaurants by foot. Aveiro is a nice city. Shopping center in walking distance.
