Prekvapivo strohý (bez záujmu) prístup prenajímateľa bez odozvy na dopyty prostredníctvom SMS alebo telefónom, kuchyňa vybavená nekompletne, dovybavená až na vyžiadanie (ale nie prenajímateľom), prídavné postele nepoužiteľné (klient sa prepadol na zem), hygiena priemerná, výpadky (či odpájanie?) uhradeného internetu, potvrdenie hotovostnej úhrady za pobyt na mieste podpisom až na dôrazné vyžiadanie a so zjavnou nevôľou prenajímateľa (vraj to nie je potrebné). Naopak príjemná lokalita, priestranná terasa, krásny výhľad, blízkosť mora, príjemné kúpanie, dobré parkovanie (pod prístreškom) priamo pri ubytovaní. Tiché letovisko, výborná lokalita pre pokojný pobyt.
