I would like to start with a few words about the host – and here I can only speak in superlatives: a wonderful welcome with local delicacies, excellent communication, and immediate response to our needs, incredible kindness, and hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. As for the apartment itself – absolutely nothing was missing in terms of equipment. The apartment was spacious, modern, and extremely clean. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly. The parking was large enough to easily accommodate our two large cars. The apartment's location was ideal – next to a bakery and a small grocery store, and only a 10-minute walk to the city beach. If I want to spend my next vacation in Makarska – this will be my first choice. High quality at a low price makes it a place worth recommending.

Ubytovani katastrofa,majitelka by mela ukoncit cinnost,absolutne zadna tolerance vuci hostum,porad jen napominani pri beznem uzivani objektu,vadilo ji kazde vrznuti dvermi,za takovou dovolenou by meli vratit penize zpet!!!!Uz v 19:30 nam rikala at se stisime,pritom je se jen normalne bavili mezi sebou a to ze nema odhlucnene ubytovaci prostory neni nas problem!!!Sem uz nikdy ani zadarmo!!!!!!

Légkondícionáló berendezés ugyan van, de csak a konyhában szóval a két szobában nem igazán érezni, hogy egyáltalán lenne. Az egyik szobán nincs ajtó. Az ágyak rettentő kényelmetlenek voltak, a konyhában lévő lehajtható kanapénak konkrétan meg lehetett fogni az összes rugóját és hatalmas gödrök voltak benne. A zuhanyzó egyik ajtaja a kezemben maradt, mivel nem volt rendesen rögzítve. A konyhában nincs meleg víz. Nincs mosógép. Az egyik szobában van egy zárt ajtó ami a szomszédhoz (ott lakik a tulaj) nyílik és az összes zajt, beszélgetést vagy szösszenetet áthallani. Volt, hogy bajnali 5 órakor arra keltünk, hogy ordibálnak vagy beszélgetnek a szomszédban, nem tudtuk beazonosítani, hogy pontosan mit csinálnak, de az biztos, hogy nagyon hangosak voltak. Az egyik szomszédhoz nyíló ablaknál ha nem volt leengedve a sötétítő a szomszéd folyamatosan bámult befelé. Van ugyan két garázs, de abból csak az egyik zárt és nem használhattuk egyiket sem, kerítés az nincs, szóval az autónak kint kellett lennie a tűző napon egész nap éjszaka pedig bárki hozzányúlhatott volna! Nem azt kaptuk amire számítottunk, de főleg azért választottuk, mert jó árban volt a szállás. A leírásban az szerepel, hogy beszélnek magyarul, de a tulaj egy kukkot sem értett magyarul szóval ez sem igaz. Elég messze is van a parttól, ezzel tisztában voltunk, ez nem lett volna probléma, ha a szállás rendben van. Nem hiszem, hogy ezt a szállást ajánlanám bárkinek és ha legközelebb megyünk Makarskára biztos, hogy nem ezt a szállást választjuk. A hely viszont csodálatos!

Apartament znajduje się w suterenie przy głównej ulicy przebiegającej przez Makarską. Nie było problemu z zameldowaniem się i odebraniem kluczy do mieszkania. Właścicielka mieszkania była miła, pokazała całe mieszkanie. Internet działał bardzo dobrze; dobra prędkość. Ciepła woda w łazience oraz wygodne łóżka. Kuchnia jest dobrze wyposażona we wszystko co niezbędne. Niestety brak ciepłej wody w kuchni jest minusem. Z apartamentu jest pareset metrów do plaży w Makarskiej. Plaża w Makarskiej bardzo wąska i zatłoczona. Niestety jest też kilka minusów: - klimatyzacja była, ale nie działała wtedy, gdy była najbardziej potrzebna, czyli w dzień; - brak ciepłej wody w kuchni (doprowadzona jest tylko zimna woda do zlewu w kuchni); - brudny wentylator w łazience; - niedziałający telewizor;

Rozhodne ne! Jak za ubytovani Tak i za cestovni kancelar. Prvni vec byla lednici-dvirka od mrazacku ulomene a police na dverich take. Dale v loznici upadl lustr.. Byl neco jako z levneho obchodu s nabytkem. V polovine ubytovani nastal Problem s elektrikou, vyhodily se pojistky, majitelka nebyla dostupna Ani na jednom telefonim cisle az do druheho dne. Napsala pouze ze se vraci vecer domu. Takze jsme den a pul byli bez elektriny tzn. Ze vsechny potraviny v lednici se zkazily a netekla tepla voda. Po prijezdu majitelky jsme pozadovali nejake reseni respektive vratit penize ta Tuto noc. Majitelka byla rezolutne proti! Vse se tedy resilo telefonicky i s cestovni kancelari, kde mi bylo zdeleno, ze to je vlastne muj problem. Dostala sem od nich 10% slevu na dalsi zajezd. Po teto udalosti zustal ohrivac vody vypnuty a majitelka ho po zbytek pobytu nezapla. Take celkem zarazejici, ze klimatizace smi byt pouzita jen kdyz budete v apartmanu. Pokud ji nechate zapnutou majitelka ji prijde vypnou do. apartmanu. Na jine dovolene jsme ji meli zapnutou neustale a nikdy nebyl problem. A pozor ubyzovani neni 3 hvezdickove ale jen 2 hvezdickove. Na apartmanu byla cedule s poctem a rozchazelo se to s udaji z internetu. Za cenu 762€ na tyden to urcite neodpovidalo!! :(
