Mauna Lani Terrace E201 offers a nice ocean view out over the ponds. This one bedroom villa has been nicely upgraded to include granite counters and stone floors. The living area has a sleeper sofa with two chairs that faces a LCD television and looks out over the ocean view. Adjacent is the dining area that seats 4. The kitchen is well equipped and has granite counters and upgraded appliances. Enjoy an array of stainless steel small appliances and well as ample space. Step out of the living room onto the lanai and enjoy a dining area for four and a wet bar all overlooking the ocean view.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with bedside tables facing a chest of drawers with a LCD television. There is an attached lanai with a lounging area overlooking the view. The attached bath has been nicely upgraded and offers dual vanities with a walk in shower.

The luxurious stone floors offer a clean feel throughout the villa and are covered with high end area rugs.
***There will be some plumbing repairs done to the adjacent side of building E from April 22- May 12, 2026. Due to this we have already included a 20% discount for those dates.***

Absolutely Perfect vacation

This condo was absolutely perfect! It is a Great location on the Mauna Lani property, within walking distance to the beach. It had everything we could have needed for cooking, beach toys, beach towels and the spectacular sunset views right on the balcony were just amazing! We loved it so much and definitely plan to stay here again.

Always a lovely place to stay

Unit #201 has a very nice view, is quiet, comfortable and so convenient to all that Mauna Lani has to offer. I highly recommend. We have stayed there multiple times and each time we enjoy it.

Loved the location

We had a wonderful stay. Great sunsets. Convenient location. Gave it a 4 in cleanliness just because the blinds and a couple of other areas needed dusting...mostly spring cleaning types of things. That didn't adversely affect our enjoyment of our stay. Would stay here again!

Very good unit

We liked this unit. Very complete kitchen. Linens could be refreshed. Bed was comfortable. Overall I’d stay here again but prefer units farther away from Auberge hotel. You can hear hotel events from the lanai.

great location and complex

We have stayed at the Terrace's in the past and it is excellent property. This particular unit is very nice and comfortable but the organization and cleanliness of the kitchen was not great. We pulled out alot of dishes we had to rewash because they were greasy or dirty. Other than the plates and glasses, everything seems to be just thrown in the cupboards randomly. It would be easy to organize this for guests and ensure all the dishes are cleaned properly. Lastly, it would be a good idea to have a proper broom and mop in the unit. It was very windy for a couple of days and a lot of dust came on the lanai and we couldn't clean it properly. Overall we loved staying in this unit.

A place of respite and joy in paradise

The condo is well designed and appointed with a sense of island elegance and simplicity. We loved our mornings on the lanai sipping coffee and sampling the brilliant colors of dawn as the outriggers set out from the nearby beach. The location offers so many options for enjoying the ocean and beachfront, a lovely pool and community grill/outdoor dining area, a unique park-like setting with trails around historic fishponds, fitness/sport activities, fabulous restaurants, and local shopping. We look forward to our next stay!

A Perfect Property for Two

A beautiful setting with a view of the ocean and. Palm trees. It is a perfect place for a couple to relax, enjoy the pool and nearby beach.

Gorgeous!

Beautiful place and bigger than anticipated. 2 bathrooms - which was handy having 2 teens. Plenty of patio space and private patio off master. We loved our stay.

This unit is very nice but it has a big ant problem. Traps are everywhere and when I turned on the lights, there were hundred of ants on the counter top. We did not leave any food out. Also the managers were not able to be reached at 4:30 pm when our key did not work.

Location location location!!!

We loved our stay here at Mauna Lani Terrace. Beautiful condo with a great view. Very clean and well appointed. Beach chairs and towels for our trips to Hapuna. Bed was very comfortable and huge shower. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful vacation experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at the Terrace and will definitely be coming back again. Loved the wonderful view of the fish pond. The property is so serene and well cared for and the concierge service was really helpful. The only issue we found difficult was using the cable tv. The cable box and remote do not appear to be fully synced. We needed assistance with its operation but finally figured it out. I will recommend this property to all of my friends. Mahalo.
