Seaside villa in the Nordic Archipelago

This villa is perfect for sharing between two or three families with children. It has two bedrooms on the second floor and one spacious master bedroom on the ground floor.

The ground floor is easily accessible all the way from the car park and the terrace deck around the house allows anyone with varied physical ability to enjoy a comfortable and safe stay. The house was built in 2014 and enjoys panoramic views of the Baltic Sea. All details of the building have been built to give a personal and sophisticated touch. A hundred meters below the house the water can be accessed for a swim. Within 5 min walk you have access to the hotel, with a bar and restaurant open April - October.

Please note that the pool house at the hotel cannot be used for people renting through HomeAway (due to insurance policy) There is a small communal sauna available below the pool house, by the water that guests can enjoy ..

Complementary coffee and tea is included in your stay. Childrens' games are available to our guests in the hallway on the second floor. Baby potty available. Children's life vests, beach blankets in hallway drawer. Opening hours for breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant (open April - October) usually 8am until 9.30pm call Havsvidden hotel to ask. The nearest store and petrol station is in the small village of Geta, 12 km from the house, or in the center of Godby, which passes on your way from Mariehamn to Havsvidden. It is a good idea to stock up there if you are planning to be independent and do your own cooking. Kitchen is fully equipped, tea and coffee complementary for guests.
