Fantastic stay

We had such a lovely holiday at this beautiful house. My youngest daughter has special needs and needs confinement for her own safety the garden was fenced off the pool is also gated so it was perfect. Pool was lovely and warm too even though weather wasnt the first few days it didnt ruin our time there. Tesco is 5 minute drive which was also perfect. House was lovely and clean. We will definitely be booking again for next summer. Great place for families 😊

Good sized house with a beautiful garden

We had an enjoyable holiday at this property with our family. It’s stand out feature is the very large garden ( a paradise for children) and the pool which was well heated the whole time we were there and well used despite us not choosing a good week weather wise . The house is comfortable and a good size for seven people. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. and there were lots of places to visit in the area and some very good places to eat out.

Another great holiday

This was our second stay here and was even better than the first! The location is fantastic, handy for lots of big attractions and only an hour to central London. The house is spacious and has all the facilities we needed, the garden is enormous and the pool is just the icing on the cake, especially in the very hot weather. An added bonus this year were the en-suite cats! We are a mad cat family so it was fun to have them follow us on waolks around the garden! Can't wait for next year.....

Fantastic property in an excellent location

We had a wonderful holiday, the house is spacious and light, the garden is simply huge and the pool was a great escape from the heat! The location is ideal, close to lots of attractions and just over an hour by train to central London. Legoland is on the doorstep, the Harry Potter Studio tour only about half an hour by car and a huge Tesco is just down the road. Tessa was very helpful and supplied lots of handy information and instructions for all of the appliances and gadgets which the house is well stocked with. This property is highly recommended, I imagine we could well be booking again next year! Thanks to Tessa & Charles for a lovely time!

Warfield Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Tessa and Charles' property in Warfield. The home was very spacious, as were the grounds. We really enjoyed the pool in the warm weather and I made use of their huge field to work out in the mornings. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen well-fitted - along with complementary milk, eggs and bread, in addition to beers, prosecco and chocolates! Charles and Tessa went out of their way to ensure they hadn't forgotten anything, and that we were comfortable and having fun. They were truly fabulous hosts. If you are a family with children - no matter the age, you are bound to have a great time here. I would also recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in the English countryside that is still close to amenities and lots of sightseeing.

Classic English Countryside

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It was very spacious, well equipped, clean and extremely comfortable. The two living areas ensured that there was plenty of space for everyone to hang out without getting on top of each other. Laundry room was a blessing. Home is in a quiet location in a very pretty area. Scenic country drives, pretty pubs and classic English countryside all around. Close to Ascot race course. Charlie and Tessa were wonderful! Very friendly and helpful, and just a phone call or text away if we needed anything. Would highly recommend this home. Would definitely recommend having a car as there is no public transport close by. Thank you for everything - Sue.

Beautiful house with an amazing garden

Booked a last minute break with our 3 kids and we couldn't have asked for a nicer place. The kids spent every day playing in the pool, jumping on the trampoline and climbing on the treehouse. Beds were very comfortable and owners were very helpful in answering any questions we had. Highly recommend this house!
