Porto Cervo, popular for its unique and exclusive nightlife, is also within easy reach (25 minute drive).

The property is well connected with Murta Maria, Olbia and Porto Rotondo by public transport.

Between Porto Istana and Olbia you can find the natural Park of Padrongianus where it’s possible to rent a mountain bike for a tour in the nature. You can also rent a Kayak for an interesting tour in the Padrongianus river.

I would recommend also the guided tour starting from Padrongianus park to the Nuraghe Torra, where you can have a breathtaking view on Olbia’s Gulf.
