Fantastic penthouse / duplex, located in one of the most beautiful places in Spain with beaches of more than 12 kilometers. First line with direct access to the beach and the sea. Large garden with two swimming pools, playground and four paddle tennis courts in a gated community. Recently renovated, modern and non-smoking on two floors with fully equipped kitchen. Three bedrooms with six beds and a sofa bed in the living room. 80 square meters large south-facing terrace equipped with loung set, dining table, deck chairs and plenty of space for socializing. Private garage with elevator to the apartment floor. Lots of restaurants, supermarket and bakery within 200 meters.

Woderful location. Top appartment fully loaded. Had everything required for a family holiday. The only negative (if at all) was that the swimming pool was closed. They close it around the middle of September, this really wasn't a problem. Will definitely be back again

Great experience in Zahara

We were in the Zahara apartment in June 2023. It is true to the pictures and descriptions. Very clean and lots of room for the 3 of us. The beach is wonderful and only a 3-4 minutes walk. We can see it from the top balcony. When we were there, the wind was pretty strong but we still enjoyed the beach. The cleaning staff was very helpful, specifically Virginia who welcomed us on our first day. The only improvement would be the hot water access which is not constant, especially when trying to take two showers at the same time, in the two separate bathrooms.

Super schöne Dachterrasse, sehr gut ausgestattet, tolle Lage. Die gesamte Anlage auch sehr gepflegt. Ein kleiner Supermarkt für alles Notwendige und frischem Brot direkt am Rande der Anlage. Mitte September angenehm wenig los, allerdings machen hier auch schon manche Restaurants zu und der Pool ist auch nur bis 15. September zu nutzen. Dafür toller und weitläufiger Strand mit wenig Besuchern! Ein Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert (Parkplatz vorhanden).

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in der wunderbaren Wohnung. Die Anlage liegt nur 2-3 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist schön angelegt und es gibt viele schattige Plätze auf der Liegewiese rundherum. Die Wohnung selbst hat alles, was man braucht und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben beide Terrassen ausführlich genutzt. Nett auch, dass große Strandtücher als Unterlage und auch Strandstühle sowie -spielzeug vorhanden ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

El apartamento tipo atico es estupendo, se nota el esfuerzo de los anfitriones para que estes a gusto, y se agradece dispone de sillas de playa, sombrilla. La cocina aunque no la usamos esta nueva. las camas muy comodas y la terraza genial, todo como en las fotos. La urbanizacion muy cuidada y con salida directa a la playa. Tenia muchas ganas de pasar unos dias en Zahara y ha sido todo un acierto.

Guter Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Provinz Cadiz

Die Wohnung war im großen und ganzen so wie beschrieben. Leider hatte der Pool erst am 01.06. geöffnet, sodass wir ihn nur an 2 von 7 Tagen nutzen konnten. Aus der Beschreibung war uns das nicht ersichtlich, oder haben wir da etwas übersehen? Während der Urlaubswoche gab es außerdem Baulärm (außer am Wochenende), für den der Vermieter jedoch nicht verantwortlich war. Wenn jemand Ruhe sucht, ist das vermutlich nicht die beste Lokation. Durch die Art der Gebäudekonstruktion war leider auch kein Sonnenuntergang von der Terrasse aus zu sehen. Die Sonne war auf der Terrasse ab ca. 19:15 Uhr verschwunden.

Estancia perfecta

Es un sitio perfecto para disfrutar de la increíble playa de Zahara; la urbanización está en primera línea y cuenta con bonitos y grandes jardines, piscinas y esta cerca de tiendas y chiringuitos. La casa es muy bonita y acogedora y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar largas estancias. Además estaba extremadamente limpia. La terraza con bbq y vistas al mar es genial. Los dueños y el personal de la Inmobiliaria fueron muy agradables y serviciales. La estancia fue inmejorable; esperamos repetir pronto!

Es la segunda vez que estamos en el apartamento y nos encanta, volveremos con toda seguridad. El apartamento es espectacular, y con los ventiladores nuevos de las habitaciones, estas han mejorado en calidad muchísimo. Se encuentra en una zona paradisíaca, con supermercado y zonas de restauración y ocio a las que íbamos andando. La playa está a 100 metros, la terraza del apartamento es ideal para tomarse algo antes de dormir.... y así podría seguir hablando un buen rato. En resumen, todo ha sido fantástico otra vez, y volveremos.

Una propiedad de lujo cuidada con esmero

El duplex es maravilloso , no falta detalle para hacer que la estancia sea perfecta. Limpieza , equipamiento y ubicación. La terraza superior perfecta para cenar. La urbanización es una maravilla, al lado de la playa, con piscina, zona recreativa para niños, pistas de pádel y piscinas estupendas, además de una grandisima zona ajardinada. La zona es muy tranquila, no hay ruidos. Los niños pueden andar con total tranquilidad por toda la urbanización, está cerrada. La plaza de garage a la misma puerta del accesor que te deja a la misma puerta del apartamento. El inmueble espectacular. Se echa en falta aire acondicionado, que solo hay en el salón. La terraza situada encima de todo el apartamento es muy amplia y está muy bien amueblada, sofás, mesas, sillas, butacas, barbacoa,.... Un poquito más de seguridad en la barandilla que da acceso a esta, desde el apartamento, y perfecto.

ESPECTACULAR

El apartamento es increible, acogedor, muy bien situado y con una terraza enorme que se puede aprovechar para comidas y relax. Absolutamente todo lo que pone en el anuncio se queda corto para lo que te encuentras. Television con smart tv, todo tipo de utensilios de cocina, cafetera, cuberterias y vajilla, 2 minutos a la playa, una piscina de la urbanizacion inmensa, pista de paddel en la que jugamos 2 dias. Alrededor de la urbanizacion, dos super mercados pequeños en los que se encuentra de todo y zonas de restauracion para comer o tomarse unas cañas o unas copas. Zahara esta a 10 minutos andando, pero no hemos echado nada en falta. TOTALMENTE RECOMENDABLE, tanto si se va en pareja como con niños. El unico "pero", por poner algo a mejorar, seria poner una pequeña barandilla en la escalera que sube a la terraza, pero seguro que el propietario tomara nota y lo hara.

Schöne Tage mit Meerblick...

hatten wir in dieser hellen, gemütlichen und gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Die Dachterrasse lädt zum chillen und entspannen ein. Der Park ist schön angelegt, der Weg zum riesigen Strand nicht weit. Um die Ecke ist gleich ein kleiner aber feiner Supermarkt.

Almost 5 stars book for a few small things

Beautiful overall experience which was lovely and very close by And beautiful. The apartment self was spacious and very well-maintained the only issue was the range was stuck on lock mode and I couldn’t use it the whole time I was there even after looking at the Manual. There also was very little in the apartment for us to start our journey with no dish soap even to help wash small dishes we used in the first place other than that things are lovely .
