About this property

Apartment Acacia 300 meters from the beach of Santa Maria del Focallo

The Acacia apartment is newly built, on the first floor of a detached villa, all new, air conditioned bedroom, kitchen equipped with dishes, dishes, including oven, living room with double sofa bed and flat screen TV, bathroom with shower. The property has a garden with a grove of acacia trees and fruit trees, an outside shower on the driveway and some fountains, the entrance has a veranda and a terrace and in the garden there is space for the car. The entrance stairs and the veranda are in common with another apartment for 3 people, Mirto. The washing machine is located downstairs and on request the barbacue. Deck chairs and umbrella for those who want to be comfortable at the beach. I admitted the animals. The beach can be reached on foot, is largely free and there are some balneological establishments, it is about 300 meters away and within a couple of kilometers there are supermarkets, pizzerias, and restaurants. Pozzallo and Ispica are the closest towns and Noto, Modica, Scicli, Ragusa, are about 20-30 minutes drive away.

    Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo soggiorno di una settimana in famiglia con due bambini. La casa è graziosa, tenuta bene e molto pulita. La posizione è comodissima perché si arriva al mare in un attimo a piedi. Adatta per chi, come noi, è in cerca di tranquillità, relax e praticità. Un ringraziamento speciale va alla proprietaria della struttura: abbiamo trovato gentilezza e disponibilità assoluta per tutta la durata della vacanza. Speriamo di tornare presto!

    Wir haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. In der Wohnung fehlte es an nichts. Der Strand war in ca. 3 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen.
