Thank you, Josephus, for your review and for choosing to stay with us again.
We were a little surprised by the four-star rating, especially as no specific feedback was provided and the written comment was simply marked with an “X”. We always take our guests’ feedback seriously, as it helps us understand where we can improve and maintain the high standards we aim to offer.
Since you have chosen to stay with us again, we would genuinely appreciate knowing what could have made your previous stay a five-star experience. We’re always happy to listen and improve wherever possible.
We look forward to welcoming you again and hope that this time we can exceed your expectations.
Air conditioning was a must with temps close to 100, so glad we found a place that had it. Close to metro stop so it was easy to get every where. Plenty of space for our family of 4.
Enjoyed our stay. Host was very accomodating and was very good at communication ahead of stay.

The apartment was lovely, and very convenient to all the sites in the city. The host was lovely and communication was wonderful. We absolutely would stay again when we visit In the future.
We stayed 10 days in Roma and this place was ideal in terms of price range and location. Very calm and the shuttle to the airport is 5 minutes away by foot !
Lovely apartment in a quiet, residential part of Rome. Spacious rooms, great amenities, powerful AC (for my American compatriots), great shower pressure, every thing you need for a short term stay. We used the dishwasher and washing machine as well with no problems. The only reason we are giving them 4 stars is because 2 of the air conditioning units started blowing out what looked to be black soot(?), which got into the clothes in a suitcase that was under one of the units. The apartment manager responded RIGHT AWAY when I contacted them about it and sent someone to clean it up, so problem solved, but just something to look out for. Overall, we had a lovely stay. The apartment is conveniently located near a Metro, and 2 recommended restaurants. We would stay there again!
Excellent amenities with very friendly and helpful management. Quite close to the Metro so were able to get about very efficiently. Would definitely recommend to others . Very good value for money.
As a family of 6 we had room for all of us. Bathrooms we a little small, but plenty of space in bedrooms. Owner was very helpful and it was very clean.
It was a very comfortable and enjoyable apartment. All the residents as well as the shopkeepers around the building were friendly, pleasant, and helpful.
Our stay was fantastic in this clean and roomy Roman apartment.
The host was very accommodating and helpful answering questions about getting around town and nearby shopping. Located in the heart of a Roman neighborhood, you will get an authentic Roman experience.

Not a touristic place! It’s a residential area. However, great food and at very reasonable prices.
It’s was only 2 days till we got on a cruise. It was spacious. It had 1 very small elevator to get to our floor…

Thank you, Philippe, for your feedback!
As you mentioned, the apartment is in a residential area, and that’s very typical of how Rome is structured. The historic center is magnificent, but it’s also surrounded by residential neighborhoods full of life, great local restaurants, and a more authentic Roman atmosphere. Our apartment is in a strategic location: just two metro stops from the very heart of the city, making it easy to enjoy all the main attractions while staying in a quieter, more relaxed area.
As for the elevator, you’re right, it's small! But that’s part of the charm (and reality) of Roman architecture. Most buildings in the city are historic, and elevators are often added later and tend to be compact. In fact, having an elevator at all is already a plus in Rome, as many buildings don’t have one. So it’s always a good idea to look into these details when planning a stay in such an ancient and fascinating city.
We’re happy you enjoyed the spacious apartment and the excellent local food. A 4 out of 5 is a good rating, even if we always aim for a perfect score, and we’ll keep working to get there!
Thanks again for staying with us, and we wish you wonderful future travels!
This was a very convenient stay. My only criticism is that the kitchen is not fully equipped if you love cooking like at home. Everything else was perfect!! I will consider this location in the future!
Great location- away from the hustle and bustle of Rome . Beds were comfy ! AC worked fabulous as it was 100 degrees when we were in Rome. Lorenzo met us and showed us around . He recommended Joseph’s Ristorante which is a 5 minute walk from the condo- fabulous meal and so reasonable ! Overall a great place and highly recommend staying here! It was easy to get a taxi or Uber from the place to the main attractions!
Excellent location, four minutes walk from the Metro. Grocery nearby, moderately well equipped kitchen. Fantastic communication from property manager. Laundry machine. Great terrace to sit out and enjoy coffee or wine. Would definitely stay again.
Take note of the 6,00 € per person, per night, tax that is paid on check-in.
Apartment was very nice and when we arrived we were greeted by Matteo, who showed us everything in the the apartment. Area was fine and all doors locked in the building for security. We had 6 adults and fit comfortably for our quick trip to Rome. Would recommend!
We had a wonderful stay at this spacious apartment. All you needed was there, and in good condition. The location was very nice, close to the public transport and in the neighbourhood enough places where you can eat en drink something. For our car, Matteo help us with a parkingplace in the garage at the opposite of the street. We enjoyed out stay.
The apartment was roomy clean. The beds were great. The linens were very nice. It had a washer. they supplied a coffee maker, kettle for tea they supplied coffee sugar there are supermarkets in walking distance Pharmaca stores metro bus, perfect location for in an out of Rome, highly recommend. The owners are fantastic to deal with .
It was a 2 minute walk from the Metro Station thag takes you all around Rome, in every direction. The place was clean, the hosts were friendly and even had a transport service from the airport. The ONLY issue we had with the place was the lack of hand soap in any bathroom. However, we would book again!
Excellent Place to stay in a quiet neighborhood in Rome
The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. Doors in the kitchen and all the bedrooms opened out onto the balcony.
It was light and airy. We loved the wrap around balcony! Roberto and Marco were excellent and got back to you quickly. They supplied a PDF with all you needed to know about getting around Rome. It is conveniently located across the street from a small grocery store, an Enoteca (wine store) and Bar Graziano where we had breakfast and aperativo every day. Next time we visit Rome, we will definiteley stay there again!
This is the second time my family and I have stayed at this beautiful home. It is spacious, clean, and welcoming. The bedrooms are nicely decorated and the beds are all comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, if you want to cook while you are there. Each room has a door that opens out onto a spacious balcony. Bar Graziano is just across the street for breakfast, a snack, or aperitivo. There is also a small grocery store and an Enoteca, which has food and wine. It is a short walk to the Metro, so you can easily get to all the beautiful sites in Rome. It is in a very quiet part of Rome, so after your busy day of site seeing, you can relax and get a good night's sleep! Roberto and Lorenzo are excellent hosts and will help you with anything you need. This is my favorite place to stay in Rome!
