Sunset Cottages located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL is the perfect spot for your beach vacation! This low-rise, 19-unit property is nestled along the white sandy beaches of The Gulf of Mexico and allows guests to enjoy a vacation filled with peace and uncrowded beaches. The courtyard style architecture puts the swimming pool in the center of the complex for easy access. Each unit has private balconies or patios allowing for a wonderful place to unwind. Enjoy nearby restaurants, entertainment, entertainment, and shopping. Retreat and relax while making great memories along the beaches of The Emerald Coast.

This third floor, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a dining area, and balcony with partial gulf views. A living room with a queen size sleeper sofa and large flat screen TV. A set of twin bunk beds in the hallway (Great for small kids). A master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV, a full-size bathroom, and a balcony with pool views. A second bedroom with a queen-size bed, flat screen TV, and full-size bathroom. Washer and dryer in unit.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Amazing getaway and place to stay!!

We had a a great stay at sunset cottages 6c! The condo was exactly as listed and even has a great view of the ocean off the kitchen balcony! They have a nice pool with outside bathrooms and a outside shower for rinsing off the sand after you get back from the beach! There is also a side walk right beside the condo that leads all the way to the beach so no crossing any roads to get to the beach! We had a great stay here and will definitely be back again!! Highly recommend!!!

Newly renovated

Beautifully renovated. Loved the new floors, cabinets, and tiled shower with rain head. Only issue with our stay was the king size mattress in the master bedroom was worn out and we had severe back pain into the second morning of our trip. It was awful!

Highly Recommend

Clean, everything worked, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, nice walkway right by cottages that lead straight to the beach, very convenient for those with some difficulty walking, anything you'd need within a 3-5 mile drive. Be prepared for lots of stairs if booking 2nd or 3rd floors; no elevator. Door code wouldn't work upon arrival, but new code issued quickly with no problems after that. Only thing that needs changed is the amount of beach chairs and umbrellas per unit. Reservation comes with only 2 chairs and 1 umbrella (which I knew before booking) regardless of number in your group. We had 6 people. To rent extra is a charge of $30/day per set. Our stay was brief so it wasn't a huge issue, but could be for those staying longer. Bonus: 10% off next booking. Definition worth it!

Absolutely wonderful

Clean, up to date, ocean view, under 2 min walk to the beach. Great location. Our only complaint was parking. No parking passes and no assigned spots so a lot of locals or visitors with more than two cars would use parking lot which made it harder to park. Not really a complaint tho just a side note. Once again we absolutely loved it and more than likely will return

Family vacation

Our stay here was awesome! Easy check in, cute decor, the condo was clean, extra linens, ac blows ice cold. Very short walk to the beach was my favorite part! Rockin Tacos was delicious for dinner on the beach. We went to crab island , which was BEAUTIFUL, via a reanal pontoon through Island Watersports, highly reccomend! Ate dinner at Fudpuckers, so much to do there while you wait. The Gulfarium was a blast, with multiple different shows to see including dolphins and sea lions! Watching the sunset walking along the Harborwalk was relaxing, plenty to do there as well!

Wonderful Condo

This condo was very accommodating for our group of 4 adults. It was spacious, cleaned and well maintained. There there plenty of towels and washcloths for showering. The kitchen was fully stocked with almost any appliance you would need. There was a nice little view of the ocean from the balcony off of the dining area. We were very satisfied with the host as well. We highly recommend booking this condo and have already referred it to others. We will return.
