Country house for rest, in private subdivision, with guardhouse; just 10 minutes from the center of Villa de Álvarez, Colima, by Av Prolongación Hidalgo road to Chivato. Higher height and therefore cooler weather than in Colima and Villa de Álvarez. Land of 1200 meters fenced, with electric gate, electrified fence and interphone. Large parking area and green areas. Covered terrace with tables and chairs for 26. Two floors with rooms on the second floor.
