Lovely apartment center, near beach .Parking free
New apartment located in downtown Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Bright top floor with 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen-living room with a sofa-bed and 1 bathroom.
Lift and physical disability access.
Fully equiped kitchen, WIFI, TV, DVD, washer-dryer, clothes hangers, sheets, towels.
Suitable for families and childrens.
If you wish, we can provide a driving transfer service from / to the airport. And suggest you some beautiful mountains walks around the islands and typical local places to visit, and if needed with guide; interesting prices. Optional boats trips. We will try to meet all your requests.
Hosts live close to the apartment, easy to contact in case of any inquiry during the stay.
The building is very quiet and most of the people staying there are permanent residents, therefore we ask our guest to please not make too much noise - especially after 9:00 p.m.

The Canteras beach is 10 min. walk away. Near you have a sports marina, the old town, market in front of the apartment, supermarkets, restaurants, behind “El Corte Inglés” shopping center and all kind of amenities within the area.
