The Notting Hill flat is exactly as expected and the host's communication was exemplary. The location is central to all things Notting Hill and just a short walk from Kensington, The V&A, Royal Albert Hall and more. If you are looking for a reasonable well situated flat I highly recommend this one.

Room is in an excellent location in a basement flat. Quiet place. You can easily catch a bus and Tube stop options are about half a mile away. While the place isn't large, it is very smartly laid out. We enjoyed our stay. Host was very responsive as there are two locks on the entry door and one we had a little trouble finding (you'll understand). He has a clear instruction book and the wifi worked really well.

We are a family of four (teenagers) and the flat was great. Bigger than a hotel room and having a kitchen was nice. The neighborhood was fantastic. Great shopping areas in every direction. The tube stops were a bit further of a walk than we would have liked but overall no complaints.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to both the Tube and bus routes, making it simple to explore all that London has to offer. This was an amazing place to stay and made our vacation a wonderful memory. The location was perfect, stay comfortable and clean.Best part was the communication of host from the moment I booked to the time of departure.If we get the opportunity to return, we would stay here again if not already rented out for sure!

Excellent location for transportation and restaurants. Great flat for two people. Small but with everything you need. Access to the basement flat it is a set of narrow, curved steps so be careful navigating. David is an excellent communicator.

All you need for a stay in London in a convenient apartment close to all the fun. Great situated, modern appliances and many nice places to eat nearby. Perfect for us that spent most of the time out and about and needed somewhere nice to crash that was close to everything. Great communication with the host also. Would recommend!

Incredible host who caters to your every need, I asked for an extra heater and it arrived faster than room service on day two ! Perfect spot right in the heart of Notting Hill, steps from the Tube and Kensington Palace. Great place, great host , will absolutely rent again when I return from the USA. Until then… the game is afoot!
