Situated near Westbourne Grove, the property is a wonderful newly refurbished studio flat in the heart of Notting Hill.

The flat is just a few yards from lots of great local restaurants shops and supermarkets whilst positioned in a quiet road.

Getting around London from here is easy. It’s a 10 minute walk to 3 tube stations and many buses stop nearby.

It’s only a brisk 10 minute stroll to Hyde Park

Perfect for up to 4 people, it is well designed to make the most of the space with a king sized double bed and a very comfortable, easy to operate king sized double sofa bed.

It has a fully equipped Kitchen with granite work tops and a breakfast bar.

The kitchen is fitted with modern high end appliances including a dishwasher, extractor, washing machine, microwave, grill/oven and an induction hob. It includes all you need, with high end cutlery, crockery and glassware.

The coffee table converts into a dining table with space for 4 people.

Bathroom includes a full sized bath and seperate shower unit.

Freshly laundered high quality towels and linen are provided.

There is a 46 inch flat screen JVC TV with a moveable bracket, and Chromecast facilities.

High speed wireless broadband is provided, and a Sony radio/music player is available.

Underfloor heating provided throughout.

We are flexible on check in and out times, and where possible can arrange early or late arrivals and departures.

We can also consider pets staying by prior agreement.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to both the Tube and bus routes, making it simple to explore all that London has to offer. Excellent location for transportation and restaurants. Great flat for two people. Small but with everything you need. Access to the basement flat it is a set of narrow, curved steps so be careful navigating. David is an excellent communicator.

Incredible host who caters to your every need, I asked for an extra heater and it arrived faster than room service on day two ! Perfect spot right in the heart of Notting Hill, steps from the Tube and Kensington Palace. Great place, great host , will absolutely rent again when I return from the USA. Until then… the game is afoot!

Really nice stay. Located very nicely between Paddington and Notting Hill. Easy check-in & check-out process. Had washing machine, fridge, full kitchen, cutlery, hairdryer , iron & board , wifi , clean towels. Very nice stay, would recommend. The stairs to front door are steep so be careful especially if carrying heavy luggage. Found it difficult to open the lock with the keys, had to give it a few tries. Not very soundproofed from upstairs, can be noisy and even at night. All of above were minor issues for us and didn’t affect us so would still recommend this place highly.

All you need for a stay in London in a convenient apartment close to all the fun. Great situated, modern appliances and many nice places to eat nearby. We had a lovely stay at this apartment. It is very well located and of easy access trough public transportation. The flat was tiny but well equipped. The stay was overall really pleasant. The only down side was that the sofa bed was a little bit uncomfortable and the shower was too tiny.

Enjoyed the location. Host was easy to get ahold of. Great set up. If you are entering the studio after dark for the first time, can be extremely tricky to find the lockbox which is on the main floor railing before going down the stairs. :)
