About this property

SPECTACULAR 3 BEDROOMS HOUSE, 2 PRIVATE TERRACES.<br>

Our beautiful house is divided into 3 floors.

On the first floor we have:
-Bedroom 1 with king size bed (1. 50m x 1. 90m)
-Generous open plan modern kitchen dinner and lounge area which is great for family / friends entertaining and hang out together. We have brought the old walls and you can see the unique and original bricks of the house. It has a pleasant space that will make you feel at home.
-Bathroom with a walk-in shower.

On the second floor we have:
-Two bedrooms.
Bedroom 2 with a king size bed (1.50m x 2m) floor to ceiling balcony overlooking the famous street, Calle Castilla, table and two chairs.
Bedroom 3 which has 2 single beds (0. 90m x 2m).
-Fully equipped bathroom with a walk in double shower.
-Laundry cupboard with washing machine, cleaning utensils and products.

From this second floor we have access to one of the beautiful terraces from where we access to the third floor which is our gorgeous very large roof terrace, one of the amazing points of this property, the highlight! With a seating area where you can enjoy a well-deserved rest al fresco, enjoy a nice breakfast or a great dinner after visiting the city.

We will do our best for you to have a pleasant and comfortable stay in Seville.



Accommodation

Our beautiful house is divided into 3 floors.

- In the first one you can enjoy 1 bedroom with a double bed.

A dining room from which we can see the Kitchen, and which, together with the original brick wall of the house, creates a unique and pleasant space that will make you feel at home.

This floor also contains a fully equipped bathroom.

- On the second floor we have two bedrooms. One with a double bed and the other with two single beds.

On this second floor we also have a bathroom equally equipped as the previous one.

To finish with the 2nd floor, one of the attractions of the house, a beautiful terrace from which we will access the third and last floor, which is another beautiful terrace where you can enjoy a well-deserved rest outdoors.

In it we wish you to have a pleasant and comfortable stay in Seville.
We will put all our attention and love to make it so.

We have nothing but positive things to say about this property! The host, Samuel, was very responsive and answered our questions quickly. Beds were comfy, kitchen well-stocked, WiFi fast and beautiful design! Also located in a cute residential area with lots of bars/cafes. If you have the chance to stay here in January 6 (Epiphany/3 Kings Day) there isa parade that night and the apartment looks down right on the parade route! Get there early grab some wine and snacks and watch the parade there. Parade is done by 8-8:30 pm so you can go to dinner afterwards (once in a lifetime experience!)

It’s a beautiful apartment in a lovely areas. We were attending a wedding so sadly only spent a little time in the apartment but there are restaurants and shops nearby and the balcony on the apartment is amazing.

Very nice large place. Great rooftop seating. A bottle of wine was waiting for us. Great location. Walkable to tourist attractions but a lot quieter than the Barrio. More of a local feel. We found plenty of places to eat within walking distance.

This is an amazing home with a wonderful host. It was spotless and devorated beautifully. Everything one needs in a home is furnished. He also gave great suggestions to visit Seville and Triana.

Wonderful two night get away in Seville. The place in Triana was adorable and super convenient to all amenities. Kitchen was well appointed and bedrooms were big enough and comfortable. Would stay again!

Beautiful rental with easy access to so much! My family of 4 enjoyed our stay at this gem of a place! Our visit was very HOT- so being able to escape to this place for a few hours during the day to get out of the heat was great. We had a warm welcome and the owner was very easy to communicate with. He gave us so many recommendations to make special family memories!

We Triana and Seville!

Great place with thoughtful additions for your stay. A bit close quarters for 6 adults but great for family with children. Air conditioning not quite adequate for such hot weather but understandable. Otherwise , an enjoyable home away from home.

Amazing vibe and comfort

We loved this place - it had everything you could want, including a nice fruit bowl and jams! Great set up (lots of stairs!), very comfortable. The outside decks were amazing with great space and privacy! It’s more in the “local” part of town with less shops and restaurants, but we enjoyed that too. Loved the Mercado down the street and the bar below the apartment!

Fantastic Seville weekend

Visited as a group of 6 best friends. Apartment hadxa great location in Triana but still just a 15mins stroll across the bridge into Seville center. Beautifully clean, very comfortable beds and a super roof terrace. Highly recommend this area of Seville roofterrace

A perfect, wonderful stay!!

This place is beyond charming and beautifully equipped - terrace on the roof enclosed in its own jungle. So many lovely treats waiting for us. A guest handbook which was so useful. Amazing hosts who communicated perfectly and did us some real favors. Loved this place! Thank you!

Sunny Seville!

Our rental home was lovely, and the owners did a fantastic job of making us feel at home with lots of special decorative touches to make this stay special. We spent many evenings on the rooftop patio enjoying the weather and the sounds of the city.

Perfect in every way

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Perfect for two couples as you have plenty of private space and community space. If you have trouble with stairs it would be difficult, but if not, this is the place to stay. Great communication with owner. Provided very detailed information to make our visit special.
