The apartment is fully equipped and with independent outdoor space, balcony or terrace. Located just 5 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes drive from the Ferry to Lisbon (or 11 klm by the bridge)

Great Stay near the beach

Joao was a great host. Very helpful with local information. Great location with easy walks to beaches and the amazing boardwalk, dining and we enjoyed morning walks for coffee and pastries. Apartment complex of 8 units was very clean and had all the basic needs covered. I would come back and stay here again.

À vouloir trop découper les maisons pour en faire de petits appartements nuit au confort. La promiscuité est telle que l’on entend trop facilement les voisins. Mis à part ce désagrément (la première nuit fut tellement bruyante que l’on a dormi fenêtres fermées) le quartier est vraiment agréable et vaut le déplacement. Petit bémol: le stationnement des véhicules, c’est eu petit bonheur le chance car il n’y a aucun parking prévu et le trottoir est très sollicité.

Beach, surf and barbecue holiday

We had a great time in this spacious apartment in Costa da Caparica. We really enjoyed the lovely patio for barbecuing, and also the use of a hose to wash sand off our bathing things. We often walked to the beach, and sometimes used the car when visiting specific beaches for surf lessons. Happy to recommend this to others. Guests should however be aware that the home is adjoining the main road, so there is some traffic noise.

Me ha parecido excelente tanto el trato como el propietario como el apartamento situación limpieza etcétera merecen un notable muy alto sobre todo el entendimiento con el propietario que en todo momento ha estado a la altura ya que debido al coronavirus hemos tenido que cambiar las fechas en varias ocasiones no ha habido ningún problema otro punto muy a su favor es que admite mascotas y además por la distribución del apartamento se encuentra muy agusto un pero nada más pero muy chiquitín la chimenea de la barbacoa tira mal

Why they chose this property

The impressive landscape of the Costa de Caparica invites you to make great walks. The seafront promenade separates the town of Costa da Caparica from the sea. A series of spikes built to protect the village from the fury of the sea, have between each a large succession of small beaches. The beaches of Caparica are designated according to the name of the different concessionaires responsible for their exploitation, for example: Tarquínio, Vermelho Dragão or Praia Nova.
After the settled area of ​​the Costa da Caparica, there is an immense beach with about 30 kilometers, almost totally integrated in the Area of ​​Protected Landscape of the Arriba Fóssil and that goes to Fonte da Telha, forming an immense zone of beaches in three large areas: Costa, Acacias and Medos.
The number of beaches makes it almost impossible to name them all. In almost all of them you practice authorized nudism, but let's just point out the most popular ones like Praia da Mata, Praia da Rainha, Praia do Rei, Praia do Cabana do Pescador, Praia da Sereia, Praia de São João, Praia da Saúde, Praia dos Medos or Praia do Sol.
