The apartment is located in Otranto in via dei Pioppi.


It is located at the foot of the Colle della Minerva, where stands the Sanctuary dedicated to the nineteenth martyrs, a few minutes from the port, a few minutes from the Red Lake (former bauxite quarry) and the beautiful Baia delle Orte, from which the Lighthouse can be observed of the Palascìa.


This is not a bed and breakfast but a private apartment located on the second floor of a building in a central residential complex, inhabited mostly by residents.
Otranto Castle and the harbor are reachable on foot in 5 minutes, the first seaside resorts in 10-15 minutes. At 50 meters there is the compilation of Otranto Porto, useful to avoid high season traffic and immediately take the road leading to Alìmini or, in the opposite direction, to Santa Cesarea Terme.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms. The larger room is equipped with a double bed and a bunk bed, equipped with class A inverter air conditioning; The second is a double room with class A air conditioning; The third is a double room equipped with a fan. In the large living room there is a sofa bed, so the beds are ten in total.
All the bedrooms, as well as the living-kitchen, have a window door that gives onto the balcony.
In the living-kitchen there is a large table, a fireplace, a TV decoder, 2 refrigerators (one small and one medium in size) and an additional air-conditioning.
A bathroom has a bath, water, bidet and washbasin; The other has a shower cabin, water and washbasin (bidet's lack).
The house is equipped with a heating system and a washing machine and hairdryer. It has as its pertinence a garage that can accommodate up to two cars of medium size and whose ramp is adjacent to the entrance of the house.
