Little Kings Annex is refurbished and finished to a very high specification very well situated for visiting Bristol (centre 8.5 miles) & Bath (centre 7.4 miles)
Nestling in the beautiful Wansdyke countryside, Little Kings enjoys a secluded, elevated position with delightful views across the Chew Valley to the Mendip Hills beyond.
We are ideally situated to visit many local attractions this area has to offer including Bristol with its maritime history, Bath’s Georgian architecture and iconic attractions and also Wells, the smallest city in England, with its magnificent medieval cathedral. The Mendip Hills, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty,
The Annexe is very well equipped with all cooking equipment, toaster, kettle, microwave, hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, ironing board, iron, hairdryers, everything you would need to enjoy your stay.
There are two bathrooms both ensuite to the 2 bedrooms with a pull out bed settee in the main living area.
The bedrooms can be made up as 2 single beds or a super king (zip together style) to suit your requirements.
The barn benefits from oil central heating temperature controlled to suit your preference.
There is free wifi and flat screen wall mounted tv.
There is a local pub 400 m away that serves homely cooked food all day everyday until 9pm.
All bed linen and towels are supplied and changed by arrangement for long stays

Superb
Outstanding property. Extremely clean and comfortable. Best welcome pack of essentials we've even had in a self-catering property. The host Wendy has thought of everything to make your stay a five star experience. Very quiet and relaxing area, beautiful views across the countryside. Will definitely stay here again.

Better than we imagined!
Wendy was an ideal host. We have never stayed somewhere as prepared for guests, no need to get shopping in before arriving here for essentials, this place will have what you need to get started. The images online do not to this place justice at all, and we will absolutely be back and sharing this with family and friends.

Gorgeous converted barn
We only had a short stay for my birthday but very impressed with the property converted to a very high standard. The provisions provided were like nothing i have been given anywhere before. The outside decking area with table and chairs has a fantastic view of the countryside. Only one criticism would be to provide a patio umbrella, we were lucky to have hot weather so some shade is a must. But would definitely recommend and book again.

Charming country lodging with a view
Communication was fast! We had trouble finding it in the dark. The ensuites are great and we appreciated the goodies and starter food, especially since we got in late. Very quiet. We were not fans of the motion detector lights in the bathrooms. The size of the bedrooms and armoires allowed us to stow our stuff so we felt like we were home.
