Welcome to Summer Breeze, a stunning 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom luxury condominium in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores. Summer Breeze is in the Mustique complex with an incredible location and breathtaking panoramic views from the 15th floor. With amenities such as deeded beach access, a sparkling indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub, and a sauna, Summer Breeze is the perfect vacation spot for groups of up to 12 guests.
 
About Summer Breeze 

Summer Breeze, located in the prestigious Mustique Tower, offers the best views of the Gulf without the density of a typical condominium complex. Mustique is the westernmost high-rise in Gulf Shores’ west beach, meaning breathtaking, unobstructed views. Summer Breeze’s location also allows guests to enjoy the white sand beaches away from the crowds and noise. The Private beach boardwalk for the Mustique is just across the street and offers guests easy access. Guests can also enjoy on-site amenities such as a sparkling outdoor pool, a hot tub, a sauna, a steam room, a fitness center, and a covered fishing pier.

At Summer Breeze the first thing guests will notice is the view! Watch the dolphins play over breakfast from the gulf side lagoon or enjoy a cup of coffee while watching boats pass on the lagoon side. Gorgeous upgrades such as plush furniture promise the most luxurious vacation! The living area boasts the same panoramic views as the balcony, with wall-to-wall windows, as well as a large-screen TV with satellite. The dining area offers plenty of seating for guests to enjoy a meal with the same unbeatable views. The kitchen is stunning and provides ample space to prepare a meal. Features include upgraded stainless steel appliances, tons of counter space, a wine fridge, and a wet bar area with an ice maker. 

With sleeping accommodations for up to 12 guests, there is plenty of room for a multi-family vacation. The first master suite features a king bed, access to the gulf side balcony, and a large TV with satellite. The incredible master bathroom features a jacuzzi tub with a shuttered opening which gives gulf views from a bath! The master bathroom also offers an oversized walk-in shower and double vanity.

A second master suite is down the hall, offering a king bed, TV, access to the lagoon-facing balcony, and a private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 also offers access to the lagoon side deck. It features a king bed, TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.  The 4th bedroom is perfect for the kids in the group, with two twin-over-full bunk beds. This bedroom has a TV as well as a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. 

Summer Breeze also has a half bathroom in the hall and a spacious laundry room with a convenient utility sink and computer desk area. Enjoy the gulf breezes and relax in luxury at Summer Breeze!

The property was amazing!

We had a family of 10 and there was plenty of space. The condo was clean and exactly as expected. I really appreciated the kids room with double bunks.The views were spectacular everywhere you looked. The only minor issues we had were our preferences. I wish the switches were labeled ( there are so many) to know what turns on which light or fan. The master bedroom many need a new mattress, we kept rolling to the middle.

Memories with our family

It was a great stay with our family! The views are amazing! Easy walk to the pool and beach! Clean except the floors could be cleaner and I’m not talking about sand. It is decorated very nicely though! Having toddlers with us we would have appreciated locks on doors, especially the bathrooms. This unit needs more outdoor seating since it says that it accommodates up to 12 guests. Four patio raised seats aren’t enough. Overall, this is a beautiful unit and we had a wonderful family vacation! Thanks for having us rent your condo! We’ll be back!

Slice of heaven

Absolutely spectacular in every way! The condo was beyond what the pictures show. So very beautiful, so clean, had everything you would need. And the view…I was speechless. Stunning! We just got home, and I’m missing it already. It was pure heaven!

Third time at Mustique for annual softball tournament. Second time is this unit. Beautiful place with beautiful views. Love the location and beach access. Only complaint, when we stayed 2 years ago, ice maker wasn't working. Different unit last year. Ice maker still not working this year. Other than that, can't complain. See you next year! God is good. Thanks.

Got the message on the layover down that the unit we rented was unlivable. Harris tried to rebook it in Orange Beach as smaller condo, tell us it was cheaper, as if that was our only consideration when we booked the one in Gulf Shores. When we didn’t agree to that, we were left scrambling for lodging.

A Great Get-Away for Spring Break 2024

We loved this property from the moment we pulled in the driveway. From the ease of parking close to the elevators and unloading to the carts for easy access into the elevators and up to the condo. The condo was breathtaking from the incredible views to the south of the Gulf to the north of the Lagoon, and the extremely spacious floorplan. I think I could cook all day with the views of water out every window in the condo! Our two families loved the access to the beach, pool(s) and hot tub, and the fishing pier was extra special. We grilled out two times during our 'get-away' celebrating two seniors in high school who will be graduating in a few short months. We plan to be back! The icing on the cake was watching the Purdue University Boilermakers advance to the Final 4 while lounging over a late-lunch in the gorgeous living room!

Million $ views + Comfort & A Well-Stocked Condo

We've stayed at the Mustique twice, and love it. It's on the quiet end of Gulf Shores, but everything you want is close by. Condo 1502 was just as pictured. The views of both the beach and lagoon are spectacular from the window and the decks. There's so much to see. The private beach access is about 80 steps away, across an unbusy two lane road. You can enjoy the sea and beach without the large crowds. The furniture and beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. Besides the traditional appliances there is a wine cooler and a working ice machine. The unit also has a coffee pot and keureg, stock pots, slow cooker, blender, sharp knives, multiple cooking utensils, wine openers and bar tools. Wifi works well. Some of our group had to work remotely and others were attending school only. The network connected seamlessly with multiple laptops working all at the same time. The beauty of this place is the 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths allow for maximum comfort and privacy. Not mentioned but pictured in the second bedroom, is a queen bed in addition to the bunks. Harris Property Management sent a contract that must have been written by a crabby school teacher or a lawyer with no P. R. skills. The contract is probably a boiler plate used for all of their properties. It contains many clauses of "NOT ALLOWED"—off-putting language for a high end rental. (Permitted is a much better word.) However, the company improves after that. Their text messaging was informative and had the right touch of customer service. We had one minor issue with a refrigerator shelf which was fixed within 2 hours of contacting the company. They checked in with us several times by text to make sure all was well. Because of the November 2020 Hurricane the pool is still under construction, and the dock to the lagoon wasn't accessible. A 2020 review mentioned the condo floor blackened bare feet within hours of arrival. This was the same for us. Being that there are a few compulsive cleaners in our group we mopped the floor. Interestingly, the mop water was totally clean. Mopping did improve the look of our bare feet, but within a couple of days they were dirty again. Best take-away: skip mopping yourself, the place is clean. Wear your shoes or wash your feet before bed....or just roll with it all. You're on vacation. This is a lovely place to spend a few days or a few weeks.

Great Property with a great view of the coast and the bay. With a total of 10 Adults and 2 infants we had plenty of space! Definitely will be our first choice when trying to find vacation property in the future.

Always home

The views are excellent, with both Gulf and bay from almost every window. Amenities are superb, and all beds are top-notch. The condos are very neat and clean (this time, the exception was the floor, which blackened our feet within a couple of hours of arrival.) All appliance, washer, dryer (full size) performed superbly. Our stays at Mustique have both been the most relaxing we’ve experienced in Gulf Shores!

I didn’t know we would be across the street from the ocean. Also there are some things in the condo that should be addressed - add a bathroom door in the master! - the drapes need to close completely or add some kind of shades - add shelves in the closet. I bring clothes that fold, not to be hung - add bars or hooks beside the bath sinks for towels & washcloths - provide more tp, paper towels, bath towels and washcloths - better quality towels
