A nice place to stay

Nice appartment, very clean, silent and safe.On the negative side,not enough scutlery( only 5 forks, spoons, plates.. ) and we had to pay 10€ to use the washing machine, we didn't read anything about this point on the site

Dealing with the Host was problematic because the listed host is not who I mainly dealt with. I had to deal with the mother of the host who spoke only Italian and had different rules than listed. She declared that I pay a 150 euro deposit at check in which was not on the listing. I had this eventually removed when I contacted the listed host. There was also a fee of 10 euro a day to use the washing machine which was controlled with a key held by the mother. When I confronted her about this she became argumentative. It also took over a day to learn the correct WiFi password after multiple attempts to obtain it. The host wanted me to pay the required tax prior to leaving, again through the mother and when I asked for a receipt it was not sent to me until we left the country. The towels, sheets and pillows were brown, yellow, and at least 20 years old. The bed mattress was old and uncomfortable. The dishes, glasses and utensils were dirty and there was no dish detergent to clean them with. One of the bedrooms had no air conditioner and my daughter had to sleep on the couch in family room.Overall the stay was overshadowed by anxiety, discomfort and distrust and would not recommend it to anyone.

Attenzione

Appartamento molto carino, curato e spazioso. Impeccabile anche la pulizia. ATTENZIONE però alla posizione che non è a 1 minuto a piedi come descritto nell'annuncio ma a 15 minuti minimo visto che si tratta di fare 800mt sotto il sole per arrivare in spiaggia. Parcheggio poi in spiaggia che costa minimo 6€ al giorno a Giugno!

Alles in Ordnung. Tolle Dachterrasse plus Balkon. Geräumiges Appartement, für italienische Verhältnisse modern eingerichtet. Ruhig und in Strandnähe und Citynaehe.

Lovely

This was a fantastic apartment. It was well appointed and comfortable with everything you need. The owner was welcoming and charming. Everything is a short walk, stores, cafe, beaches! I would love to return!

Family holiday in San vito apartment

The apartment is an excellent base to enjoy the offerings of San vito lo capo and western Sicily. It is spacious and airy with plenty of windows for fresh air as well as an efficient aircon for the hot weather. It is a first floor flat , tastefully decorated with comfortable beds, sofa, dining table . The cutlery, crockery and kitchen equipment was clean and tasteful. Restaurants , gelataria and supermarket are walking distance. The neighbourhood is friendly and parking is available. The owners gave excellent recommendations for gelatarias and restaurants. The apartment is within driving distance to the Reserva natarale Zingaro where you can hike and snorkle. We had a wonderful holiday here with many happy memories and we heartily recommend this property.
