1 Off the Beach – Lovely Reverse Living Home, Great Ocean Views!

Loveladies home one off the beach with great views! Huge, furnished front deck with fantastic, peaceful ocean views. Automatic retractable awning provides shade upon demand. Back eating deck with grill has wonderful ocean and bay views, with a tranquil atmosphere due to trees and natural landscaping on all sides. Wide, lifeguarded beach! Outdoor shower with changing area and bench. Large lot with huge, natural backyard.

The top floor of this reverse living house has a large great room with new hardwood floors and cathedral ceiling, very large kitchen, modern powder room, two outdoor decks, dining table for 8, long eating counter with four high-back swivel stools, a fifty-five-inch HDTV, and large laundry room. The kitchen has a new dishwasher, new side-by-side stainless refrigerator, and new stove/oven all installed during summer 2018, plus recently purchased microwave, dishes, pots, flatware, decorative serving pieces, etc.

The bedroom floor has a master with king size bed (sheets included) and en suite bathroom, queen bedroom, a bedroom with two twin beds, a bedroom with bunk beds plus a twin bed, and a hall bathroom.

The open entryway and all hallways have beautiful hardwood floors, the kitchen and all baths have recently-installed ceramic tile and all bedrooms have recently-installed carpeting.

An additional stainless refrigerator/freezer resides in the garage.

A garage, expansive yard and large driveway complete the property.

The house is a two minutes walk to the LBI Arts Foundation, with well-maintained Hartru tennis courts, exercise classes and a day camp for kids with weekly registration.

Loveladies is rated as one of the top five Best Beaches in the USA by National Geographic Traveler.

Breathtaking Views!

Beautiful Home in Loveladies

We had a great week in Loveladies. The house was spacious and as advertised. The deck facing the ocean was a highlight, even with a sick kid keeping us in the house for a few days, we were able to enjoy the ocean. The back deck with a grill and table was perfect for dinner and watching the sunset over the bay. Kitchen was very well stocked. Lots of beach chairs and umbrellas were provided. Loveladies is a very quiet town, and its a short drive to shops and activities, which is what we liked. Beds and pillows were comfortable. We would definitely return!

Wonderful Base for Beach Vacation

Our 2 week stay at this property was seamless. Great location, clean, and enough space for our group. Pros: close beach access on virtually private road, across the street from LBI Foundation for tennis or kids camp, view from back deck, extra fridge in garage, big/functional kitchen, property 100% as advertised. To know: lots of stairs (3 flights to kitchen) so if you have elderly or very littles this might be a burden, kitchen equipment could be better (newer pots/pans, more group serving ware, etc. but we managed fine and actually bought a new cheap cutting board) All in all, great stay that was like home at the beach!

Perfect beach getaway

My husband and I rent in LBI with a group of friends every year - this was absolutely the cleanest place we have ever rented. The proximity to the beach was awesome and the layout of the home was great. We would absolutely rent again.

Great Location and Quiet Beach

This house was in a great location, 5 minutes walk to a lovely quiet beach. The house is older, spacious, but kitchen and bathrooms not updated. Kitchen needs an addition of some nicer serving platters, bowls and utensils for use with a family. Nice airy living space with deck, good size bedrooms. The one issue was the cleanliness of certain areas of the house. Due to the Covid 19 we had hoped for a well cleaned and sanitized house, but found that the kitchen drawer interiors etc. had not been given a good cleaning in a long time. Otherwise we liked this house and would rent it again.

Great house!

Been renting in LBI for many years: great house, clean, open floor plan, roomy, convenient to beach, nice ocean views. Kitchen not updated. Property manager very responsive. If you have kids, be aware it is not walkable to ice cream or mini golf, though an easy drive to Harvey Cedars or Barnegat light. The Foundation is right across the street, so camps, playground, nature trail are easily walkable.

Location, location, location...this house has it!

My family of four adults and two young children had a wonderful week at this home in Loveladies. Super quiet street surrounded mostly by multi-million dollar homes with a short walk to an uncrowded, gorgeous beach. The description and pictures of the house are accurate, it is clean, spacious, has newer, very comfortable mattresses, pillows and bedspreads. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals (we brought our own lobster/crab pot). The large deck off the dining/living/kitchen area does not have a table and chairs for outdoor dining and we missed that, although the indoor dining table is large enough for 8 or 9 people and there's a breakfast bar with 4 chairs close to the table. There is a smaller deck with an older gas grill off the hall upstairs with a small picnic table but it is in the sun most of the day with no shade. The awning on the main deck is very functional and makes that deck way cooler. The living room has awesome windows along the entire south wall but only 1 of 5 had screens, so we had to use the air conditioning when we would have preferred having the cross breeze from open windows. We had access to the large garage for storage of our bikes and beach stuff. The house is close to both Harvey Cedars and Barnegat Light and about half an hour to Beach Haven and all that ruckus. Vicki was very easy to work with, she replied to my email questions through the VRBO system quickly.

Great location and great house. Short walk to an uncrowded beach. Will rent again.

House was fully equipped and decks had great views of the bay and ocean. Plenty of parking and outside shower was very convenient.
