About this property

This is a large family-friendly holiday home with space for many. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen and a living room with fireplace, another living room and a bedroom. On the ground floor there is also a toilet, shower and an electric sauna. At the back of the house there is a secluded patio.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms, a large living room, a toilet with shower and a balcony.

Lake Sommen lies approx. 500 meters from the house. As a tenant you have access to a large dock and the boat belonging to your holiday home. The wood-burning sauna right next to the lake can be used by everyone by agreement.

In the yard there is a football field and you can also rent bikes.

Sheets and towels can be rented.
Cleaning is not included.

Location

Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb des Ortes und deshalb sehr ruhig. Es gibt auf dem Anwesen mehrere kleine Häuser, welche teilweise bewohnt sind. Der Vermieter selbst wohnt ebenfalls in einem Haus auf dem Anwesen. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön gepflegt. Rundherum gibt es in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft einige Kühe, Schafe und Pferde, von denen jedoch nichts zu hören war. Auf der Veranda steht außerdem ein Holzkohlegrill zur Verfügung. Die Schwimm- und Bootsanlegestelle am See (ca. 250m entfernt) ist toll. Das Ruderboot kann gut zu viert benutzt werden. Das ganze Haus ist sehr landestypisch eingerichtet. Der Zustand ist gut und erfüllt die Erwartungen, da das Haus schon etwas älteren Baujahres ist. Im Inneren trifft man natürlich, wie in der Natur zu erwarten, mal auf das ein oder andere Krabbeltierchen. Das ist aber nicht weiter schlimm. Die Vermieter sind unkompliziert und stehen bei Fragen gerne zur Verfügung. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort Tranås sind ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Haus entfern und haben jeden Tag geöffnet. Zu Beachten ist, dass die Endreinigung entweder per Eigenleistung erbracht werden muss, oder hier noch einmal extra Gebühren anfallen. Insgesamt war es ein sehr entspannter Urlaub, der uns viel Freude gemacht hat.

Haus und Lage top. Sauberkeit und Informationen haben Verbesserungspotential.

Wir waren 2 Familien mit 3 Kindern von 1-3 Jahren und 1 Woche im Juni im Haus. Pro: - Haus ist schön, recht gut ausgestattet und gross. Super für 2 Familien. - Lage ist wunderschön, idyllische Natur und sehr ruhig. - Kühe, Pferde und Schafe - schöner See - Tranas gut für Einkäufe und auch um Essen zu gehen. - Vermieterin hatte für die Kinder netter Weise noch Spielezeug und Töpfchen organisiert. - Kinderbetten und -stühle sind vorhanden. - Bücher / Kinderbücher im Haus. - Ausflugsziele (Elchpark, Eksjö, Gräna,..) in der Nähe. Kontra: - Sauberkeit lies leider zu wünschen übrig. Bäder und Küche nicht gut geputzt. Schmutzige Handtücher in Bädern und in der Waschmaschine. Geschirrspüler nicht ausgeräumt. Kaffeemaschine unsauber. - Projektbeschreibung ist unvollständig und sollte dringend ergänzt werden. Bei unserer Ankunft waren weder Bettwäsche noch Handtücher da. WC Papier nur spärlich. Auf Nachfrage wurden wir informiert dass Bettwäsche für 200 kr/Person und Handtücher für 50 kr/ Person zu mieten wären. Toilettenpapier sei selbst zu organisieren und auch die Endreinigung müssten wir selber machen. Dazu hatten wir vorab keine Info und bei dem Mietpreis sollte das inkludiert sein. Wir haben dann mit der Vermieterin gesprochen und nach einiger Diskussion hat sie von den Forderungen Abstand genommen. - Einige Informationen zum Haus (Klimaanlage, Müllentsorgung, ...) und der Umgebung (Boot, See, Events, Ausflugsziele, Notfallnummern,...) beim Check-in wären gut. Persönlich oder Schriftlich ganz egal. - Liegen im Garten oder am See wären noch eine tolle Ergänzung der Ausstattung.
