This was the perfect place for out family of five to visit Florence, we enjoyed the balcony and had access to everything we needed. Laundry on site was a huge plus.
Absolutely wonderful property!- we enjoyed it so much. It was the perfect size for our 3 children and my husband and I. Perfect location- easy walking distance from the museums, galleries and bustling activity- yet very quiet and peaceful.Excellent restaurants nearby as well- thank you Cristina and Antonio!!
Such a treat to visit Florence all day and come home to this beautiful apartment! It had all the accommodations, and more, that we needed. The location is absolutely perfect if you’re planning to walk to Florence, shopping, as well. From the minute we were welcomed us at the front door…to our departure, this is a “must return someday” stay! Thank you for allowing us to visit your home.

You are welcome back anytime and truly hope you will as it was too short the time we hosted you in our family home! It is a pleasure and a gratification to welcome guests like you.
Great location in a quiet and historic neighborhood with a convenient walk across the Arno to the center of Florence attractions. Apartment was very much as pictured and in a historic building built in the 15th century. Little blip with the hostess because I put the towels in the wash upon departure (trying to help her) but she was upset because her checkout instructions (wherever those were) said not to. She could have handled it a bit nicer over text. The host (Antonio) was very nice and came over on his own after work to fix a WIFI issue. Overall nice stay.
We enjoyed our week in this spacious, comfortable apartment. We were happy to have an elevator, a must in an upper floor apartment like this one. The apartment's location is good, a 7 minute walk to Santa Croce, about 15 minutes to walk to Piazza Signoria. Piazzale Michelangelo is close, too- if you don't mind a steep climb! The building is in in a quiet street, with a number of good restaurants in the neighborhood. There's a great gelateria close by (Vivaldi, Via deli Renai 15). The kitchen is roomy and well equipped, with a small table under a window- cozy for breakfast. But the star of this apartment is the veranda! Double glass doors open onto a lovely open porch that faces a green slope, which is part of the Baldini gardens (visit the Baldini if you can, it's a peaceful haven in the center of Florence, with beautiful views of the city.) We loved sitting at the veranda's table, sipping wine, eating delicious Italian food while watching the wildlife on the slope (lots of interesting birds and a black cat!) Our hostess, Cristina, was wonderful. She answered all our questions about the apartment when we arrived, and recommended an excellent neighborhood restaurant for our first evening (Boccadarno). Thank you Cristina for providing a beautiful home-away-from-home for our stay in Florence!
Perfect location, well furnished spacious comfortable apartment. Great amenities. Perfect in every way. Christina is a very thoughtful and caring host.
The apartment was beautiful - spacious, tastefully furnished and decorated, and spotless. The terrace looking over the Bardini Gardens was lovely. There are shops and restaurants within an easy walk, and the Uffizi is just across the Arno. We all loved our stay.

So happy to hear that you had a comfortable stay! Hope you will be back again.
I’ve stayed at dozens of rentals but this was by far the best. It was like staying and a friend or family members home while they are away. It was roomy, beautiful, and just so comfortable. Antonio was also so nice and helpful. Best stay ever. Make sure to spend time in the neighborhood.
This property was the perfect fit for our extended family trip to Florence. The apartment is spacious and beautiful with a lovely terrace that we enjoyed at all times of day and evening. Cristina and Antonio are ideal hosts and have included so many nice extras in this property. We felt like this was home away from home!

Cristina is a wonderful host. Easy to communicate with and the check in process is easy. The apartment is appointed with everything you need. The location is quiet and away from the tourists but also close to the stairs for Piazza Michelangelo. I highly recommend this property and host!

This is a wonderful apt to stay at and in a great location. The hosts were also every responsive, helpful and provided many extra touches for us as guests. I would highly recommend.
The apartment was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect and serene. The terrace overlooked a beautiful garden, where we spent a lot of time drinking spritz or reading a book. The apartment was spacious, extremely organized and clean. It was walking distance to amazing restaurants, the famous Ponte Vecchio bridge and river. Our host Cristina was lovely! We will absolutely stay there again!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is gorgeous and the space is clean and large. We would have liked being able to have access to Netflix on the television, but otherwise it was nice. The location is also ideal for walking to local sites and many different restaurants that we thought were great.
We spent Christmas in this apartment and everything was perfect. It felt like a true home away from home and was a great location to walk into town. The property team was excellent and communicative the whole way through. We would definitely stay here again.
