At a distance 350m from the Koufonissi town and some minutes from the sea, at one of the most beautiful places of the island, with a breathtaking view to the Aegean sea and the village, our private 2-villa complex “St’Astra” comprises 2 independent luxurious but at the same time of traditional architecture villas “Dias” (Jupiter) and “Aris” (Mars), 310 m2 each one, with a common-use swimming pool of 100 m2 surrounded by a large and rich garden of 5000 m2 fully integrated in the Cycladic landscape and natural terrain of the island. A terrain for mini soccer, volleyball (artificial turf, 22x14m), a place for yoga - pilates and a lovely playground for small children had being added to the property for more entertainment.
Showcasing a breathtaking panoramic view to the village and the nearby islands, both villas represent the proper definition of relaxation and revitalization!

Our both villas feature two levels: 1- a main entrance level with 1 living room with fireplace, home cinema, sat TV, air condition; a dining room; a fully equipped open plan kitchen ; 3 bedrooms and large outdoor space and 2- a lower level with 1 bedroom, ping pong (table with racquets) - gym area (electric gym runner, magnetic bicycle, multi-use equipment for 30 types of exercises using weights, abdominal bench, gym mat, Pilates ball, step - SPA area(sauna, hamam, jacuzzi) at the disposal of our customers & a laundry room.
On the main level, each villa can cater 6 people, then both villas totally 12 people. On the lower level of Villa Dias there is a small suite for 4 people and on that one of Villa Aris there is a bedroom for 3 people, so both villas can finally cater up to 19 people.
All bedrooms at both villas have air condition, a French door with a screen sieve, bedside tables, desk/dressing table, wardrobe, drawers, sat TV, DVD player, safe box, telephone, internet and those at the main level have unlimited sea view.
Villa Dias (310 m2) (6-10 people)
Main level: living room with fireplace, comfortable set of built-in sofas, a 3 seater sofa, home cinema and sat TV;
 a nice & comfortable dining room;
 fully equipped open plan kitchen;
 2 double bedrooms en-suite; 1 bedroom with two single beds en suite. Sleep 6 people. All bedrooms have sea view, air condition, a French door with a screen sieve, bedside tables, desk/dressing table, wardrobe, drawers, sat TV, DVD player, safe box, telephone, internet.
Lower level: 1 bedroom en suite which sleeps 4 people. It is a small suite and has a queen size bed and two twin beds.

 2 double bedrooms en-suite; 1 bedroom with two single beds en suite. Sleep 6 people. All bedrooms have sea view, air condition, a French door with a screen sieve, bedside tables, desk/dressing table, wardrobe, drawers, sat TV, DVD player, safe box, telephone, internet.
Lower level: 1 bedroom en suite which sleeps 3 people. It is a small suite and has a queen size bed and one single bed.

A terrain for mini soccer, volleyball (artificial turf, 22x14m), a place for yoga - pilates and a lovely playground for small children had being added to the property for more entertainment. A small melon field and herb patch guarantees few fresh biological vegetables for the visitor. The garden also offers many spots for relaxation and enjoying the view for those that would wish to explore it or be on private away from the swimming pool and the sitting areas.
A small water cascade separates the children’s pool of 20 m2 from the big one 100 m2 which has a hydro massage.
Around the pool, there are two built sitting areas with tables and comfortable sun beds. The small pool bar is equipped with a fridge and music system where you can always connect your mobile and play your preferable music even with airplay IOS or Android.
Both villas are surrounded by big verandas, each of them has comfortable bamboo seats and a dining table and chairs for moments of relaxation and enjoying your meals. In the back, there is the barbecue and the traditional oven along with another dining set.
Ideal for groups of friends and families, this new establishment can also prove to be ideal for larger groups who wish to spend their holidays together while retaining privacy between the two villas.
This private property with a really unrivalled panoramic view, will offer never-ending moments of relaxation and at those nights that you will choose to sit next to the pool, away from the island’s night-life, it will take you to a journey to The Stars (St’Astra) in the light of the candles and the sound of your favorite music.
Even most of the visitors prefer to stroll or use a bike, free use of two cars during your stay are offered for free (except fuel cost) to facilitate your transportation.

The island of infinite beauty! Few cars! Thanks to the small distances, most of the visitors prefer to stroll or use a bike in order to discover the island’s unique natural beauties and the scenic alleys of Cycladic architecture. Nevertheless, we offer you the free use, except fuel, of two cars (9 seat Fiat Scudo & 5 seat Suzuki Jimny)
Even not more than 6 km wide, you can find everything you need. In the village you can find shops, markets (open from 8:00 a.m. to 23:30 p.m. every day) and many taverns. Also, in the east side of the island in some beaches there are taverns and beach bars. Captains Prasinos Kostas and Roussetos organize daily excursions to the island’s beaches and nearby islands (Kato Koufonissi, Glaronissi, Keros and Schoinousa). You can always travel daily to Schinoussa, Herakleia & Naxos to have more excursions.
