A luxury house in the Lancashire town of Clitheroe which can sleep 17 people in eight bedrooms and three different buildings.

Park Hill is a luxury house in the Lancashire town of Clitheroe. It has a main building and two separate outhouses, all together there is eight bedrooms consisting of eight super king beds, four of them are zip/link and can be twins upon request, one with an adjoining single, five have en-suite facilities and there is a family shower room, the cottages can sleep seventeen people. Also inside there is a kitchen, a living dining room, a gym, a sauna suite and a cinema room as well as a utility. Outside there is ample off road parking, a lawn to the rear and a covered patio with furniture. Park Hill is a spectacular house in a great location. Check in time 5pm.

PLEASE NOTE: The property does have a large garden that is maintained very often weather/season dependant, which could be during your booking, however, this would be minimal disruption and the staff will give you as much notice as possible. PLEASE NOTE: CHECK IN TIME STRICTLY 5pm AND CHECKOUT TIME 10am, this is because the changeover team need to ensure the property is correctly completed and nothing is missed to affect your stay. Clitheroe is the perfect base for a holiday, it offers all amenities from a shopping centre to individual shops, pubs and restaurants to choose from. The town has a castle with a maze and a museum. Visit the Edisford Sports Complex with its swimming pool and football pitch. There is the Brungerley Bridge and Waddow Hall is worth a visit. As well as the Forest of Bowland, the town comes within driving distance of the Yorkshire Dales National Park and the Nidderdale AONB, a perfect position for you walkers and cyclists.

Smart house for a get together
Its a bit tired, but it doenst detract from the overall fun times we had there. Cinama room is a plus for kids and adults, rooftop balcony was great for evening drinks, and we enjoyed the big party room, for quizzes and Karaoke
