This peaceful & relaxing, self contained apartment is on the lower ground floor of our house. You will have the entire apartment to yourselves. There is a separate entrance.

Warm and cosy in winter and cool in the summer - the apartment is a fantastic base for exploring London and the south coast. Perfect also for business travellers looking for a home from home while they work in London.

3 minutes walk takes you to Balham train and Tube station with a quick service to central London. At weekends the tube now runs all night and there is a night bus that goes from the City Centre all through the week.
