About this property

Le Clos Goutilles: back to basics...

In a bucolic setting, I rent my house of 120m2. In the heart of the PNR (Regional Natural Park) of Ariège and at the foot of the Pyrenees, it is located in a hilly environment composed of meadows and woods.

On the ground floor:
- 1 living room of about 60m2: 1 living room with fireplace, 1 dining room, 1 kitchen equipped with a stove wood burning boiler, a freezer, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a electric oven, a microwave, a hob 3 gas burners, a percolator, a toaster. A washing machine is located on the covered terrace.

First floor :
- 1 beautiful room of 28m2 under the roof with a comfortable double bed of 160 and a small living room.
- 1 bedroom-office with 2 single beds that can be assembled to form a bed of 140.
- 1 bathroom with dry toilet, shower and sink.

To know !
- No water toilets but 2 dry toilets (sawdust) including one in a cabin outside.
- 4 hens and 1 cat (Minette) will be part of your daily life. A few grains and croquettes to distribute so, against fresh eggs and purring every day. Your animals are not accepted here.
- 4 sheep of Ouessant maintain the meadows and also live near the house.
- You can also go pick fruits and vegetables in the vegetable garden and the orchard against a watering in case of drought in summer.
- Different terraces with garden furniture and barbecue surround the house.
- The market of Saint Girons every Saturday morning: unique, not to miss!
- Wifi access.
- In winter, the house is heated by solar panels and a wood stove boiler (central heating). The wood is at your disposal in a shelter.
- Equestrian center in the hamlet 5 minutes walk.
- Less than 1 hour from the ski resort of Guzet neige.
- A family golf and a nice restaurant with concert on Friday evening 10 minutes by car.
- Many "nature" theme parks nearby (snail farm, insect clearing, Mas d'Azil cave, reptiles farm, Angora goat farm ...)
- Tourist maps and hiking topos available in the house.
- The price includes sheets, hand towels and tea towels, soap.
- The basic price is for 4 people. It is possible to get 2 extra beds on the comfortable sofa bed of 140 of the DRC. In this case, allow 10 € / night / person over 4.

Changer de monde ne fait pas de mal, et même fait du bien.

Quand on a l'habitude de l'univers urbain, louer ici c'est un peu comme si Elon Musk décide de louer un terrain sur Mars, un voyage extrême. Sauf qu'ici la vie est partout et que l'on réapprend à respirer. Chez Dorothée, un tilleul vous accueille, puis une très belle demeure puis des animaux des plantes une forêt et ça n'arrête pas. La nuit je n'ai jamais vu autant d'étoiles dans le ciel. Comment pourrions-nous dire du mal du Paradis ?

Les Goutilles for ever..

Le séjour aux Goutilles fut parfaitement conforme à mes espérances, le lieu est à la fois rustique et accueillant. La vue et la région sont magnifiques et d'une complète tranquillité. il y a de nombreuses superbes randonnées tout niveau autour des montagnes, des centres d'intérêts historiques, sportifs .. etc.. Et tout le plaisir du séjour fépicé par le plaisir de vivre dans ce beau jardin entourés d'animaux ( special big up ) "Ponyo" le bélier et "Matou" le matou...

Nous avons tous adoré la région, la localisation de la maison, son jardin : potager, moutons, poules, chats, la maison elle-même, chaleureuse, bien pensée, nous y avons trouvé la sérénité. Enfin, la vue splendide et l'accueil. Nous étions entourés d'ondes bénéfiques. Ce sont des vacances que nous n'oublierons jamais.

Ein Traum!

Ein wunderbares, idyllisches, originelles kleines Paradies in traumhafter Lage! Wir haben 14 Tage hier verbracht und alles ist uns ans Herz gewachsen, sodass uns der Abschied schwerfiel. Das Haus ist super, urig, aber sauber, praktisch, durchdacht und hat unheimlich viel Charme! Das Trocken-WC ist total hygienisch und vollkommen unproblematisch! Verschiedene Sitzplätze im Garten einschließlich dem Bett im Baum sind spitze! Alles ist sehr natürlich, wie z. B. der Bio-Gemüsegarten. Das beste: die Tiere! 11 goldige neugierige Hühner (die frei herumlaufen), 1 Hahn, 2 Katzen und 6 freche Schafe, die uns oft zum Lachen brachten. Und: die Besitzerin Dorothée ist super sympathisch!! Außerdem kann man schöne Wanderungen in den Pyrenäen machen (Anfahrt ca. 1 Std).
