House with garden and swimming pool

A wonderful house with swimming pool located in Laroque des Albères, a small village located in the foothills of the Pyrenees and just 15 minutes by car to the Mediterranean with its fine beaches. The house is located in a quiet and nice residential area with only 600 meters to the center. This area offers something for everyone: quiet relaxation by the pool as well as walking distance to hiking trails leading up to the Pyrenees. Many beautiful little charming villages, such as Céret and Collioure, are nearby and the nearest major town is Perpignan (25 minutes by car). Every Wednesday there is a big market in the village.
Short walking distance to bakery, butcher, grocery store and restaurants. It is about 3km to the large supermarket.
The house is very suitable for two families, is child friendly, has air conditioning and private parking. Norwegian owner.

Well situated. Not clean and some health and safety issues. Pool lovely. No facility for sitting around the pool. Outdoor eating area very pleasant. Kitchen badly in need of re-decoration. Lighting throughout the house was appalling. Could be so much more pleasant with a little effort!

Notre séjour a Laroque c'est bien déroulé superbe village avec pas mal de commodités. La maison et l'extérieur son spacieux un petit coup de renov a droite a gauche donnerais beaucoup plus d'atouts a cette maison.La personne qui la gere est très agréable merci

La maison est très bien située entre la mer et montagne endroit calme

Nous étions 6 adultes et 2 ados 17 et 13 ans Nous ne connaissons pas la régions, la maison est idéalement situé entre espagne à 20 min sans les bouchon avec A9 et la mer a 20 minutes. Nous avons visité la cote vermeille de Cerbère en remontant de Port Vendre , Collioure, Argeles sur mer, Saint Cyprien, Canet en Rouissillons très belle région beaucoup de monde pendant notre période donc on partaient de très bonne heures.La cote espagnole la costa brava à faire matin de bonne heure. Et retour vers 15 h dans location avec la piscine agréable de bonne taille pour 8 personnes. La maison bien équipée clim parfaite à l'étage pour les 3 chambres peut être prévoir au rez de chausée la même chose en terme de clim ( elle manque en cas de canicule). Pièce commune et la chambre du bas. Nous avons fait plus de 800 kms pour arrivé a la location soit 12 heures de route donc beaucoup heures de conduite le seul bémol on aurait aimé que le nettoyage soit plus appliqué à notre arrivé pas top du tout. Au vue de la prestation de 200 euros on y est pas ! Faire le nettoyage avant de poser nos affaires non. Sinon Mr MAZARD notre interlocuteur très sympathique nous a donné de bonne adresse de restaurant , et lieux a découvrir bienveillant, à l' écoute durant ces 15 jours. Nous recommandons la location mais revoir sur le nettoyage Nous gardons les coordonnées pour revenir plutôt en juin ou septembre. Globalement nous avons passé de belle vacances en famille ! Merci à monsieur MAZHARD

Extérieur agréable mais des améliorations à apporter à l’interieur

La maison est située dans un lotissement très calme et à 10 minutes à pieds du centre de Laroque des Alberes, très joli village avec tous les commerces nécessaires. Le jardin et la piscine sont très agréables. La maison est fonctionnelle et suffisamment spacieuse pour 8. En revanche, la décoration est datée et mérite un net rafraîchissement. Les photos ne montrent pas les pièces les plus concernées. Le ménage était insuffisant à notre arrivée : poussière sur les meubles, sous les lits et derrière les portes ; micro ondes non nettoyé et façades des placards de la cuisine avec de nombreuses traces de doigts ; sol non lavé ; miroirs et vitres non nettoyés ; beaucoup de toiles d’araignée. À noter que la climatisation est à l’étage, et que la circulation au rez-de-chaussée est limitée, notamment en cas de canicule. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire avant l’arrivée, et la personne chargée de s’occuper de la maison est très agréable.

Maison spacieuse très correcte pour le prix

Maison assez grande pour 2 familles. Piscine agréable manquant juste pour certains de quelques degrés. Grand barbecue appréciable, idem pour climatisation à l’étage. Par contre chambre au Rez de Chaussée non climatisée. Un peu de bruit le soir car camping non loin mais tolérable. Petits bémols pour: le ménage un peu léger et manque grandement d’un micro-ondes et d’un grille-pain. Séjour agréable
