This mews house is a dream. So quiet and tranquil, yet so close to the tube, lovely shops, and cafes. Cozy and serene, the house has everything you could need, even for a long stay. Robert and Yurie took care of everything with good cheer and efficiency. We will be back!
This was an excellent stay. Cleanliness, layout, location all top notch. My only nit is that some of the furniture/finishes are getting a little worn. Nothing that would stop me from staying again. We had a great stay!!!
Superb location in a vibrant neighborhood but quiet street. Comfortable and clean with fresh style. The upstairs bathroom has shower in tub and the extra is a shower off the kitchen. WiFi and TV worked great and kitchen is well equipped. Skylights add an extra nice touch to comfortable space
Close to all transport, restaurants, shops and attractions. Loved living like a local! Would happily stay here again.

Very nice place for an extended stay. Although a little cramped at times for a family of four the location could not be better for exploring London and a very short walk to the tube. Would highly recommend especially for couples or small families.
Place is situated in the heart of everything. Minutes from buses, tube, awesome restraunts!! We had a family of 5 there and with a king bed, full bed and king pullout, it worked out.
We spent an amazing spring break in London and this property is in the perfect location for public transport. Both trains and busses within a block. Plus restaurants, pubs, coffee places all within a 5 minute walk, some closer. Communication with the host was easy and we could even check in a bit early which was very convenient as we needed a place to put our bags after an overnight flight. If you are looking for a place for a small family in London, this is the one!
Perfect home base for family of 4 near South Kensington Tube. 2x bedrooms upstairs, pullout king sofa bed downstairs. Charming, cozy spot on a sweet, quiet street. Definitely small space and only 1x toilet. Could use some updating- a bit shabby and worn- but comfortable and served us well.
Located on a quaint street just a hop from King’s Road, this two bedroom mews house slept a family of four (two teen daughters) very comfortably. Safe area, well adorned kitchen and living room, modest sized bedrooms, one with a nice terrace. Negatives- dryer having trouble drying heavier clothes, two bathrooms but only one toilet upstairs.
All in, would definitely stay there again.
This townhouse was ideal for our purposes- to be close to family living in Chelsea for a couple of weeks. We also needed the space and facilities to conduct business as usual- online and remote- and our needs were well satisfied via connectivity and good speed. We are normally rural residents and are sensitive to urban noise and were so surprised and delighted with the quietness and sense of peace that we felt while staying here. Additionally, and importantly, furnishings were comfortable and linens more than sufficient for our 2 week stay.
We loved the property and the location. It was the perfect spot. Robert's son greeted us and gave us the tour of the flat and places to shop and eat! Unfortunately my wife took a bad fall while walking around Kensington area, ,and spent the week in hospital. Robert's son was amazing and helped order a transport wheelchair, etc. He went out of his way to help in a very bad situation. We will tell all our family and friends about this amazing flat and when we come back to London, we will definitely book it again. It was more than just a business situation for them he was terrific.
and wheelchair etc.9
Our family of four stayed in this well-appointed, clean flat in a perfect location! The flat is on a quiet street just 5 minutes from the South Kensington tube. It was super easy and cheap to take the tube from Heathrow, and this station gets you to sites across London! Groceries, restaurants, coffee places in 5-10 minute walk. We loved coming "home" after a full day of sightseeing. Kitchen had everything we needed and included a few fresh groceries when we checked in like milk, eggs, bread, biscuits, etc. Beds were comfortable, plenty of linens/towels, and so many drawers/shelves/closets to store things! All appliances listed worked well. Robert and his associate, Grace, were helpful and always communicated quickly. Super comfortable! We will stay here again when we return to London.
This flat is in an ideal location, with fantastic restaurants around the corner and quaint shopping just blocks away. The South Kensington tube station is an easy, less than 5 mn walk, and bus stops are even closer. We are a family of 5: 2 adults, two adult-size teens (17 and 19), and a 13 year old. We are not large people, but sleeping was a little tight with two sharing a queen, two sharing a double, and one on the pull out couch downstairs. (It would be ideal if the owners forwent an extra nightstand and replaced the double bed in the front bedroom with a queen.) Other than that, the flat was comfortable and well equipped. We appreciated the move in snacks and bread. The neighborhood is safe and very quiet at night. There was no hot water on the first morning, but after realizing the hot water was on a timer (in the downstairs closet) we adjusted it and had no further issues.
The clothes dryer broke during our stay. We had some clunky, back and forth conversations with the owner and his son on whether it was truly broken. However, after it was determined the appliance was definitely broken, the owner had a brand new replacement installed the next day, which was very much appreciated.
We had a wonderful trip to London and would definitely recommend this flat to others.

Needs maintenance, thorough cleaning.
This is a bright, well located property in serious need of maintenance and a thorough cleaning. Carpets upstairs are dirty and stained, mattress in second bedroom is seriously stained, second bedroom sheets are stained. Upstairs shower window gets drenched and paint is pealing off plus mold. Numerous marks on walls need repair and painting. Manager did respond to extremely dirty living room rug at end of our first week and after two weeks, sent repairman to reinstall mud mat at front door after we complained. This property could be delightful with maintenance and cleaning.
As others have commented (and why we were interested in staying here) this is a lovely house. Perfect for a couple. Spotless and modernized beautifully. Location is amazing yet quiet! Robert was wonderful. Would return in a heartbeat.
An ideal flat in a perfect location with a very charming host
My wife, her mother, and I stayed in this lovely flat while visiting London for the Chelsea Flower Show. It proved the ideal jumping off point, with easy access to shops, the Tube, and much else besides. Robert was the consummate host--warm, welcoming, and responsive throughout our stay. We look forward to staying here again the next time we're in London....
The flat was perfect for the 3 of us adults. The beds were comfy and the place was clean and cozy for a November stay. We loved the location to the South Ken underground and to King's Road. Plenty of restaurants to walk to and groceries nearby. We will return. Thanks to Robert our host for being there and making our vacation to London a huge success!
This was a great rental for a family of four. It’s clean and well maintained, and exactly as the pictures look. Location is great - 5 minute walk to South Kensington tube stop, 15 minute walk to museums etc. Would stay here again with no hesitation.
Stayed at the apartment for more than 2 weeks and had an exceptional experience ! From booking to leaving many thanks Robert it’s appreciated and will be back
We had a fabulous stay at this rental. Robert was a wonderful host. He met us to greet us and let us in. The location is perfect. A very short walk to South Keningston tube station that will get you anywhere you want to go. Thank you for a great stay, Robert!
In a city as large as London it’s not always easy to narrow one’s choice down to a ‘best-fit rental’. In this case our pick was perfect for us. Away from the crowds in a neighbourhood on a quiet street, but still close to everything, including the tube at South Kensington. The flat is amazingly quiet, uncannily so. We quickly got used to hearing people as they walked by the living room on the sidewalk. We couldn’t imagine staying 10 days in a one room hotel room. We were greeted and well cared for by Robert, the Property Manager. Super accommodating. Overall a great stay
Our family of four stayed in this property for four nights in mid-October and it was terrific. Robert was a pleasure to work with, and was waiting for us upon our early arrival to the home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the location couldn't have been better. There are actually two bathrooms- there is a small one on the first floor with a shower and sink, and then a full bathroom with toilet on the second floor.
