Convenient and well located

Located just a few steps from many chairlifts and grocery store, restaurants, few shops. Clean and well equippedGreat for 2 adults, probably fits well a family if willing to share a bedroom Just note that the main bedroom is in half-basement but window is big enough so does not feel dark.

Très bon séjour dans un appartement propre, fonctionnel, assez spacieux et bien situé.

L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce, bien situé, propre, proposant 2 espaces de vie ce qui est très appréciable. La conciergerie s'est montrée très disponible et sympathique avec une bonne communication. Très bon séjour.

Superbes vacances et appartement idéalement situé, proche des pistes et au calme.. Seul bémol, je ne savais pas que seul un rideau séparait les deux "chambres"..

Séjour très agréable!

Le logement se prête parfaitement aux vacances au ski en famille. Spacieux et bien équipé, il est très bien situé à Val Claret. Le service de conciergerie est efficace.

Un excellent séjour en famille

Notre séjour en famille s'est très bien passé dans cet appartement au pied des pistes. Nous remercions le propriétaire et l'agence qui a géré notre arrivée. Ils ont répondu à nos demandes de façon très réactive. Nous recommandons cette location!

Bien, bon séjour

Les plus : Appartement (au rdc) spacieux, très bien équipé, très bon emplacement par rapport au pistes et remontées mécaniques. La sale de bain est très bien, propre, grande et pratique L'appartement est propre, mais svp changer les taies d'oreiller... Les moins : Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de casier à ski, surtout au delà de 3 personnes... l'immeuble est très bruyant puisque tout le monde marche en chaussures de ski L'annonce fait mention de 2 sales de bain, la deuxième n'est en fait qu'un WC séparé (ce n'est pas la définition d'une salle de bain). La deuxième pièce se trouve en dessous, c'est un souplexe, il y a quelques remontés de mauvaises odeurs.

Conforme à l'annonce

Bel appartement fonctionnel et très propre, à proximité des pistes et des commerce mais au calme. Le coin nuit est parfait avec sa grande salle bain et indépendant du séjour cuisine. La conciergerie ainsi que le propriétaire sont facilement joignables et sympathiques, je recommande sans problème. Manque un économe pour les pommes de terre,raclette oblige! Et un presse agrume😉

Great location, good for family of 4 to ski all week!

We love Val Claret and skiing in Tignes. This was our 3rd year to visit and first time staying at this apartment. The apartment was perfect for our family. The location and cleanliness were great. Our concierge, Teddy, was helpful at check in and throughout our stay and checkout. Our 9 year old twins slept in the bunk beds and we had the main sleeping bed. Be aware that the sleeping areas on the lower level are only separated by a curtain. Also, the main bed has a very firm mattress. The shower was excellent and we always had plenty of hot water. The kitchen was well equipped for making meals. It was a nice layout for allowing the kids to go to bed and still be able to stay up without disturbing them. Wifi worked great. Only few negative comments, there was only one bin bag provided. We recycled a lot at the nearby bins outside the building but still needed one extra general rubbish bag as the container was small and we did a lot of cooking. Also, there were only two toilet rolls and zero kitchen towels. Would be helpful for concierge to remind renters to bring or buy toilet rolls, paper towels and dishwasher tabs. There was an occasional sewage smell and the walls were thin enough that you could hear noise from neighbours. Thankfully, they were not very noisy but this could be a problem if they were. Overall, we would recommend this place to others as the convenience and cleanliness of the place were to notch!

Great apartment close to the slopes

Great apartment, 4 adults skiing for a week, very well located close to the ski lifts with easy access either via a lift or a short walk. 5 min walk to plenty of restaurants for dinner. Small supermarket and ski hire shop behind the apartment accessed via a lift to the lower street level.

Merci pour votre commentaire et je suis ravi que votre séjour se soit bien passé. Je reprends en charge l'appartement familial car mes parents sont trop âgés pour s'en occuper. Pour l'année prochaine il sera rajouté un lit en 160 dans la chambre du bas ainsi qu'un canapé convertible en 160 avec ouverture en système rapido afin de faciliter la mise en oeuvre. En espérant vous revoir peut être à Tignes
