Spacious and luminous chalet, at the foot of the Vercors mountains

In the heart of the cliffs of Presles, the chalet is the starting point of beautiful hikes and a famous climbing site. Recently built and functional, it offers large bright volumes. Kitchen open to living room, large living room, and terrace. Master bedroom with bathroom on the ground floor, large mezzanine and three bedroom upstairs. The chalet opens onto a large south facing terrace and an enclosed garden of 1000 m2.

20 minutes from the family resorts of Villard de Lans and Corençon, by the magnificent gorges of Bournes. Skiing or cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, toboggan runs in winter, hiking and mountain biking in summer, on the Hautes Plateaux du Vercors. Numerous other activities in the neighborhood.
