HARBOURVIEW is a LUXURY 5 STAR ARCHITECT DESIGNED SUITE with stunning SEA VIEWS
It is fully Self Contained with
TWO Stylish Designer Bedrooms
It has a Luxury Bathroom with a large walk in shower and twin sinks.

HARBOURVIEW SUITE is on the ground floor of HarbourView VILLA with the Owners Suite being on the 1st floor

The town is a 5 min stroll away with its bars and restaurants
It is a short distance to 4 local picturesque beaches

GUESTS have awarded the SUITE over 350 FIVE STAR REVIEWS from Vrbo, Airbnb and Trip Advisor.
THAT SAYS IT ALL!!

The SUITE is fully SELF CONTAINED with its own front door. It has a private Garden and secluded decking area which is not overlooked.
The Decking Area has a Dining Table and 4 Chairs plus a Modern Stainless Steel Barbecue. Charcoal, firelighters, cooking dishes and tools are all provided.
To the side of the Suite there is an additional Sun Bathing garden with sun loungers. Perfect for watching the AMAZING SUNSETS.
There is secure off road Private Car Parking next to the Suite for 2 Large Cars.

The SUITE should be looked upon as a LUXURY 5 STAR HOTEL SUITE as it has 2 spacious Deluxe Bedrooms and a fabulous Bathroom but DOES NOT HAVE a separate Kitchen or Living room. However the Suite does have a KITCHENETTE with a Microwave Oven, a Ninja Air Fryer, a Slow Cooker, Toaster, Fridge, Plates, Bowls, Glasses, Cutlery, Pots and Pans plus Tea and Coffee making facilities.
There is a larder fridge which we stock with complimentary Milk, Soft Drinks, Beer, Bottled Water and Fruit Juice.

Inside the Suite there is a Dining Table and Chairs.
HOT FOOD can be delivered to the Suite by Just Eat, Uber, or Delveroo

The SUITE has High Speed Internet access speed of 650mbs and uploads of 100mbs.

It has 2 UHD 4K Smart TVs, one in each bedroom. Both TV's have NETFLIX with the second bedroom also having a DVD player with a large selection of DVD's for children, teenagers and adults

To ensure you have a good nights sleep The Suite has 2 King Size Luxury POCKET SPRUNG BEDS, Egyptian Cotton Sheets and Duvet Covers. It also has luxury Egyptian cotton full size bath sheets and spa slippers for each adult.

The SUITE also has its own CENTRAL HEATING system with lots of permanent hot water. Just adjust the thermostat to what ever temperature you want. It has radiators in every room which makes it really warm and cosy especially after those long winter walks on the beach.

The SUITE has a really useful Desk/Dressing Table space which can be used as a Workstation or for Hair, Beauty and Makeup.

The SUITE is very BABY, INFANT and CHILD FREINDLY.
For Babies and Infants it has a Travel Cot, a High Chair, a Potty, an Infant Toilet Step and a Baby Bath.
For Children it has Buckets and Spades, Crabbing equipment, Fishing nets, Toys and Children's DVD's

We stayed here for a birthday weekend. The hosts were really attentive from the beginning and couldn't have been more helpful. The personal touches were really appreciated and we particularly liked the hand-made folder of suggestions of what to do locally with photos so we knew we were in the right places! Property was spotless on arrival, well decorated with modern TVs, fridge, combi oven etc. beds were very comfy and we found the suite to be within a few minutes drive of everywhere that we had planned on going to. Martin was very helpful prior to the visit and welcomed us on arrival, a nice touch was the drinks and snacks that were ready for us after our long drive.

Family wedding in beautiful Torquay

Immaculate high end 2 bed accomodation, spotlessly clean with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Owner was very informative and provided milk, tea, coffee and even some beers and a bottle of bubbly which was a very nice touch. Would definitely stay again.

What a shame the weather was so terrible. It spoilt the views and your time here. But the last time it was this bad was in 1963. 55 years ago. Lets hope its another 50 years before a repeat.

Perfect place to stay I went with my adult daughters. Beautiful location with sea views. Lovely hosts Martin and Diane nothing too much trouble. The property is a modern and comfortable place to stay in. The host is extremely welcoming, personable and knowledgeable. We were provided with various ideas and options for things to do in and around the area with a few hidden gems too! Here in Torquay from Canada visiting family.We chose this property for its striking looks and excellent location.Our hosts (Martin and Diane) allowed us to check in early and were there to meet us and show us around.They thought of everything with some groceries to get us going and even some beer and wine.The property itself is beautifully modern and very comfortable with room to spread out for two people.During our visit they could not do enough for us even offering to drive us to a restaurant when my sister was late!Excellent week and will certainly stay here on our next visit.Many thanks Martin and Diane.

Modern, luxury, accommodation. Waterfall taps no less!!

Wonderful accommodation overlooking Torquay Harbour. Luxury is the word. Fantastic "goodies box" on arrival and Martin was full of good advice regarding the area and days out. Ideal for those, like us, wanting to explore the area, not just Torquay. Lots to do within 10 miles, some places we would not have known about without Martins knowledge. We had a lovely holiday and did have the bonus of unbroken sunshine.

Exceptionally well appointed property

This property exceeded all our expectations. It is architect designed and a beautiful modern looking building with a very nicely appointed interior. Thoughtful touches included a supply of drinks, bread and jam and milk on arrival. There is even a pair of binoculars to use when admiring the superb view over the Torquay marina. The host was very knowledgeable about places to visit and local restaurants. Highly recommended.

Home away from home

The perfect location in a wonderful setting. Generous parking space, easy to get to. The accommodation is exactly as promised and more with lots of little details that make a big difference. Very comfortable and extremely clean. Quiet surrounding but a short walk to the center. Beautiful view of the sea. The hosts are not only helpful, caring and friendly but they also gave us plenty of good tips for restaurants and places to visit which we enjoyed a lot. Amazing stay- Martin and Diane are cherry on top!!

We can’t thank Martin and Diane enough for letting us stay in their beautiful home over Easter weekend. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had more for us than what we needed. Chilled bottle of Prosecco, variety of drinks and snacks all waiting for us in their beautiful, modern, clean eco-friendly home. Martin’s thorough knowledge of Torbay was fantastic and it meant we had many places to visit on our trip, all as fantastic as described. They also made our little boy feel so welcome and had lots of toys/dvds to keep him occupied! Massive thanks Martin and Diane, we had the most amazing break, we will definitely be back!!

No words!!

I think we as humans have a nack for picking fault but I think if you tried you couldn’t. As soon as we arrived the place looked stunning (even in the rain) and the little things that most do they did more.... above and beyond, a great wealth of knowledge of the area was given but not enough time to do everything so most definite a return on the cards.

We retired early and followed our dreams to live by the sea in Torquay. We moved from Berkshire 10 years ago. We used our first few years here to oversee the building of a superb, Architect Designed, Contemporary Villa with spectacular sea and harbour views.

We love the sea, winter here is as nice as the summer. We love the long walks. We are less than a mile from 4 different beaches and spectacular coves. The town is just a 10 minute walk away with its shops, bars, and restaurants. We love the theatre and there are 3 within a 10 minute drive. We really enjoy eating out and Torquay has some amazing restaurants.
We hope to meet you soon and extending to you a warm Devon welcome.

Why they chose this property

Torquay is in the English Riviera famed for its Mild Winters, Sunny Summers and its Palm Trees . We even have banana plants growing in our Garden.
Torquay is a sophisticated coastal town not a kiss me quick seaside resort. There is so much to see and do for all ages. Even in the winter nearly everything is open. It is not a seasonal town.
