Electric vehicle charging point available, access arranged by the owner. Outside seating area to the rear of property. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Please note: As of 25/02/2023 there is a good housekeeping bond of £100.00 payable directly to the owner.
