Al mismo tiempo, lamentamos que algunos aspectos de su estancia no hayan cumplido completamente sus expectativas.La casa está insonorizada si las ventanas están cerrada Revisaremos el largo de los colchones por aumentar la comodidad y aumentaremos el número de toallas disponibles para evitar cualquier inconveniente en futuras estancias. También notamos sus observaciones sobre los acabados y la iluminación, aunque no podemos comentar sobre esto puesto que toda la iluminación en el apartamento es "led ",creemos que ha confundido con otro apartamento que haya visitado lo de la iluminación de fluorescentes . Agradecemos sinceramente su visita y sus comentarios, que nos ayudan a seguir mejorando. Será siempre bienvenida en Toledo.

The hot water system turns on automatically, you only need to open the hot water tap and it activates itself, you manipulated the heater and blocked its ignition, which is why you could not enjoy the hot water. We are also sorry that you did not warn us about this during your stay so we could have resolved it.

The free parking is 400 meters, connected by escalator with Miradero-Zocodover.
