The historic parts of Ca’n Lupal are over 200 years old. The estate originally housed the irrigation administration for this part of the valley of Sóller. From the entrance hallway, 4 steps lead up to a large dining room with a table that seats 12, a wood furnace and open kitchen. Adjacent to the dining room are two further double guest rooms, each with en-suite baths. The fifth bedroom is on the lower ground floor and is an independent apartment - separate entrance, double bedroom and en-suite bathroom with shower. Set in over 5,000 square metres of landscaped gardens, Can Lupal has plenty of room to play football, pick fruit from the orchard (over 100 citrus trees!) and collect fresh eggs from the chicken coop. The saltwater pool is 20 X 5 metres and solar heated from the 1st April - 31st October. Surrounding the pool is a sunbathing area of 160 square metres plus a pool house which includes a shower, toilet and outdoor kitchen.
