The villa enjoys an enviable position that allows a wonderful view of the sea and at the same time maximum tranquility and privacy while having all the services within walking distance. Furnished in classic style, it has a large dining / relaxation area with pizza oven and fireplace.
The structure is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a large living room overlooking the terrace, a kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Upstairs two bedrooms with balcony (one double bunk and one single), one of which with a splendid view of the gulf (photo), hallway and another bathroom with shower.
Large double reserved parking a few meters away.

Beach and center are easily reachable on foot including all the services that the town offers. Calasetta can be reached from Cagliari via the main state road passing through S. Ancient. Numerous sites of cultural and historical interest in the area. The typical food and wine as well as the numerous nearby beaches are certainly interesting. The area is also generally always airy thanks to the prevailing wind. The sea is always fully enjoyable even in case of strong winds thanks to the strategic position that on both sides always allows you to find a sheltered beach. In fact, it is an island on the island historically connected by a Roman bridge and therefore surrounded by the sea. You will always find points of interest and corners to explore.
