If you are looking for comfort, privacy, close and natural contact with nature, in an informal and peaceful environment, it will be your FAVORITE SPOT in Madeira. This house with tradicional arquicteture, on the north coast, offers 3 comfortable bedrooms, a dining room and a small living room with flat screen TV and parking. It offers you and your family or friends the opportunity to relax away from the noise of the city and, at the end of the day, to play pool or chess while enjoying a glass of wine or of Madeira tea.
There is a "patio" and one of the rooms is completely independent of the "mother house" (2 floors), also with a free wi-fi cover.
The kitchen is well equipped with all the tools, including an electric cooker, a tradicional oven as well as a fridge with complementary ingredients for your first breakfast.
If you want to stay forever, high speed internet is at your disposal with 150 TV channels. If it's too quiet for you, there are bars and restaurants by the sea just 5 minutes away, near some surf spots.

Perfect taste of authenticity

What an awesome stay! The place is nestled in the mountains a few km above Sao Vicente. You’ll need wheels! It is a typical village surrounded by locals - not a tourist in site. The perfect getaway! The property itself was great. Obviously lived in, so you’re in somebody’s actual house rather than a faceless rental. Everything you need is there to cook, clean and sleep soundly. Communication with the owner was brilliant via WhatsApp, and entry was easy via a key safe. Drive has space for a couple of cars and there’s a games room with pool table and fussball. This was perfect for my needs! Thanks

Die Kommunikation zwischen dem Hausbesitzer und uns war völlig unkompliziert und seitens des Gastgebers sehr zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Haus ist liebevoll und individuell eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man für eine gute Zeit braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und heimisch gefühlt.Die Lage ist oberhalb von Sao Vincente. Es ist sehr ruhig und friedlich.

Ein wirklich netter Gastgeber, Kommunikation war auch im Vorfeld toll. Es waren ein paar Lebensmittel im Kühlschrank und auch sonst alles vorhanden. Das war das positive Die Wohnung ist dunkel, roch extrem modrig und muffig.Die Decke im Bad bröselt langsam runter, der Abfluss der Dusche lief nicht gut, die Fenster sind undicht (wir hatten einen Tag starken Regen und das Wasser kam durch die geschlossenen Fenster.Weißer Schimmel wuchs an den Wänden unter den Fenstern und flockte fröhlich, wenn man in die Nähe kam.Es gab einen Luftentfeuchter, dessen Behälter nach nur 1,5 Tagen voll warWir haben uns alles Andere als wohl gefühlt

No alojamento tivemos problemas com a humidade do lugar e as formigas dentro de casa. Nius sommes venus a 4 pour faire 10j de canyoning .. Location parfaite .. il yva un garnd jardin avec mobilier pour faire secher tout le materiel, il y a un barbecues exerieur. Et c est tres pratique d avoir la machine a macer le linge

5 Tage Wandern im Norden

Sehr schönes Häuschen in den Bergen. Nach den Wanderungen konnte man draußen herrlich den Abend genießen. Wir waren zu dritt und sind bequem im Haupthaus untergekommen. Alles funktionstüchtig. Es gibt eine spannende Levadawanderung, Levada da Fajā do Rodrigues, ganz in der Nähe. Sehr gute und freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Jederzeit gerne wieder! Herzlichen Dank, Eugenio!!

Semaine dépaysante à Sao Vicente

Charmante maisonnette face aux montagnes. Nous avons pleinement profité de la terrasse et du barbecue. Notre hôte a été très attentionné et à l’écoute. Une chouette adresse qui permet de rayonner aisément une semaine depuis la jolie ville de Sao Vicente !

Een authentieke woning van een local. Je verblijft tussen de locals van het dorp wat het zo leuk en aangenaam maakt.Van de buurvrouw uien, courgette en komkommers gekregen. De ligging is ideaal, er is in de omgeving veel te doen en te zien. Contact met de eigenaar via whatsapp was uitstekend, gezellig en stelde suggesties voor uitstapjes en restaurants.

Le logement est parfait, de par sa localisation (au calme mais proche du littoral et des zones des sommets de l'île), de par sa disposition (1 chambre dans une dépendance, très apprécié par les enfants), et par son vaste espace extérieur (BBQ et jardin pour profiter des soirées). Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement.

Location très bien placée pour les randonnées en secteur forestier et humide de l'île

Alimentation et restaurants à proximité sur la côte nord ouest donc souvent nuageux et donc frais pour la nuit c'est agréable. Bien placé pour les randonnées, même la point Sao Lorenzo à l'opposé de l'île est à 1h de route.

Petite maison entre mer et montagne

Les 2 maisonnettes sont à flanc de montagne dans le quartier de Ginjas, au-dessus de Sao Vicente. Magnifique vue sur les montagnes environnantes et les terrasses agricoles ainsi que, depuis la chambre et la petite salle à manger, sur la mer à Sao Vincente. A une vingtaine de minutes de Encumeada, d’où partent de nombreuses randonnées (« PR »). Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires, très aidants. La cuisine et le salon attenant n’ont pas de fenêtre, mais cela ne nous a pas gêné en laissant la lumière entrer par la porte ouverte.
