Casa Sabbiolina A is a welcoming apartment situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps five people. It is approximately 35 square meters (375 square feet). It features air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the heart of Letojanni, a few steps from restaurants, shops, the train station and the beach.
Casa Sabbiolina A is located on the ground floor. You will reach it without having to climb any steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Sabbiolina A. If you do have one, you will be able to park it along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces). Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. Here you will find a bunk bed (two single beds, one on top of the other). The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the pedestrian street through a French door. The room also has a high window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
