Modern apartment built in 2009 situated between Nerja and Torrox Costa- in the Urbanication Calaceite. Calm surroundings with well maintainted gardens and two large pool areas.
The apartement is spacious ,90 sqm and has a large terrace of 25 sqm.
The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, has a well equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a large living room with a big sofa and dining table.

Me and my husband bought this lovely apartment in the summer of 2017. We love to sit on the terrace and listen to the waves and also to look out over the mountains and in towards Nerja. When not in Spain we live in Stockholm, Sweden and we have two adult children who also like to spend time in Spain.

Why they chose this property

The apartment is located by the sea in the area that has the best climate in Europe, with over 320 days of sun every year. Costa Tropical has the warmest winters and less hot summers than e.g. in central Spain. Sitting on the terrace listening to the waves and watching the breathtaking sunrises is magic. The apartment has a perfect location in a calm area, but close to all amenities. The beach is at close walking distance and by car It takes only five minutes to Nerja and two minutes to Torrox Costa. For an active life style there are several golf courses close by, Sierra Nevada for skiing just over an hour by car away and several trekking opportunities including the fantatastic walk up the Rio Chillar.
