Villa Calesse B is a characteristic and welcoming independent house surrounded by meadows and by green hills. It sleeps five people. From Villa Calesse B you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Calesse B is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 3.5 km (2.2 miles) from Capri Leone, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach at 5 km (roughly 3 miles). You will reach Villa Calesse B from the parking area going down a short route that cuts through the garden and includes approximately 30 stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Calesse B you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. The swimming pool is 10 meters (33 feet) large by 5 meters (16 feet) long. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the garden. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.

Garden
The garden is 30000 square meters (323000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and a swing. In the garden you will find a children's playground. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Other roomsLaundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.  Patio
The patio is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery.
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner electric cooker, a small electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room also has a window.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room also has a window with a view of the greenery. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the greenery.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.
