Protaras Zen Holiday Villa is located in a tranquil hill near the heart of Central Protaras. The location of the villa is ideal for a family vacation as within walking distance you will find everything Central Protaras has to offer, bars, restaurants, children playgrounds, pharmacies, clinic and of course the best beaches in Cyprus.



Villa Protaras Zen is a new, spacious & contemporary house that features all modern facilities and equipment. The ground floor features an open plan fully equipped kitchen / living room area with modern furniture, large screen TV, fireplace and a guest WC.



The large glass doors of the living room open up to a spacious covered patio equipped with comfortable garden furniture and dinning table and chairs.



The second floor offers two double bedrooms both en-suite and with distant sea views. In total Protaras Zen can comfortably accommodate 4 persons in beds.



The summer time in Cyprus is meant to be spent by the pool and Villa Protaras Zen has the best to offer in this respect. The large swimming pool is situated in a spacious lawn covered plot and surrounded by mature trees and aromatic plants. There are plenty of sun loungers for sunbathing and tables and chairs on a beautiful breezy patio by the pool as well as a large BBQ. In the same plot there is a second house similar to Protaras Zen that is not available for rentals but is sometimes occupied by the owners. In most cases the whole garden and pool area is private for the guests of Villa Protaras Zen but in some occasions the pool may be shared with the owners of the second villa.



Villa Protaras Zen is ideal for a relaxing, romantic break or a family holiday.



Holiday Villa Protaras Zen is walking distance to the Central Protaras Strip where you will find all the main bars, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, clinic, general amenities and the best beaches of Cyprus all with white sand and crystal clear blue water.



Within 10-minute walk there can be found many beautiful beaches including Sunrise Beach and the famous Fig Tree Bay with lots of water-sports on offer like water-skiing, windsurfing, pedalos, diving, canoeing, para-sailing, fly fish and just about any water-sports you may want. Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants, pubs, cafes and a thriving night-life in the summer months.



There is also a water park and aquarium that are worth a visit. The biggest water park in the Middle East can be found just outside of Ayia Napa which is only 10km away. Ayia Napa is about 10 minutes' drive from the villa and there is regular bus service and reliable and relatively cheap taxis.



This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
