20km verwijderd van maastricht, 10 minuten rijden naar belgie en 5 minuten rijden naar duitsland

Er is een privé gedeelte van ons zelf waar de gasten geen toegang tot hebben. Dit privé gedeelte heeft een eigen toegang en hier verblijven wij soms een paar nachten.

Great location, fabulous home

Staying here was great. We have family in Geleen so the location was perfect for us. The home was presented as stated on Stayz and the owner sent through all information as and when promised. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent base for exploring Limburg

The house is very comfortable and the slightly unfinished painting of the upstairs is not a problem. The house is really excellent and the Pascal host is really helpful and generous. The location to the town centre is excellent (10minutes walk), with many restaurants and shops there. There is a very good pizza takeaway shop 200 metres distant from the house. Also a very good location to get to other Dutch, Belgian and German towns. Would definitely recommend to other visitors.

House was comfortable and well presented. Same upstairs was not completely finished.

A super area to stay in as in a great area for travelling to different areas. House was nicely presented but a shame the upstairs is not completely finished. This did not however stop us having a great time. The outside area is very pleasant and comfortable but it had not been cleaned ready for our arrival. If you want to use the bikes you have to make prior arrangements or they will not be there to use which we did not know therefore did not have the use of them.

Fijn vakantie verblijf.

De vakantie van twee weken in combinatie met het vakantiehuis was met één woord fantastisch. Limburg is een mooie omgeving. Waar je niet gauw op uitgekeken raakt. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Wunderschönes, geschmackvolles Ferienhaus

Wir sind zu dritt angereist, der Vermieter war so lieb und hat uns alle Schlafzimmer hergerichtet und Betten überzogen! Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts! Wir waren sehr angetan von den Möbeln und der Größe der Räume. Super gut auch die Möglichkeit auf Profigeräten Musik abzuspielen. Gute und sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter! Kurze Wege nach Maastricht und in die Innenstadt. Einzige Kritik: die Heizung wird wohl von extern gesteuert und uns war es mit 20 Grad, besonders im Bad sehr kalt. Ich verstehe aber auch, dass Vermieter nicht möchten, dass Gäste die Heizung möglicherweise extrem hochdrehen. Also trotzdem 5 Sterne und ich würde sowohl wieder kommen, als auch das Haus weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Mooie ruime woning

Zeer ruime woning van hoog niveau Was zeer schoon en zeer compleet. Als aandachtspunt kan vermeld dat het 2 persoons bed echt te smal is. 140. Verder mis ik in de advertentie dat inpandig met een eigen opgang en eigen huishouding nog een persoon verblijft. Deze mooie woning is verder een fantastische uitvalbasis. Centrum van Sittard is erg gezellig.

Kleine toelichting van onze zijde: - Bij VRBO hebben wij de maten van de bedden aangegeven - Bij VRBO hebben wij aangegeven dat wij een kantoor aan huis hebben en dat wij wij soms vanuit dit kantoor werken. Wij hebben een aparte ingang en er is geen interactie met gasten. Tot slot, jullie waren super gasten en hebben alles zeer netjes achter gelaten.

Ruim en luxe vakantiehuis.

Ruim en luxe vakantiehuis met meerdere zit- en eetgelegenheden. Tevens een grote master bedroom met zitgelegenheid. De andere twee slaapkamers zijn op de tweede verdieping onder het schuine dak. De bedden zijn helaas wel aan de kleine kant, nl. 140x200. Als je hier met 2 personen in ligt, is het aan de krappe kant. Ook zijn de kussens erg zacht, die waren voor ons te zacht. De airco in de master bedroom werkte helaas niet, in de woonkamer en in de andere slaapkamer wel. In de beschrijving van de woning staat dat er een koffiemachine met koffiebonen aanwezig is, dus hadden wij koffiebonen mee genomen, maar er bleek alleen een Senseo te zijn. ‘S nachts was het buiten erg rumoerig, waarschijnlijk omdat het weekend was en deze woning dicht bij het centrum ligt.

Echt top verblijf!!

Helemaal super als echte Nederlanders ga je zoeken naar iets wat (nog) beter zou kunnen, ik heb het persoonlijk niet gevonden het huis was echt compleet. De dames miste een spiegeltje in de slaapkamer, er hing er alleen 1 in de badkamer🙈 ik heb hem niet gemist maar zie het als tip. Communicatie met eigenaar verloopt prima alles wat je maar nodig hebt is aanwezig in het huis. Wij komen hier zeker terug. EEN DIKKE 10!!! Pascal bedankt👍👍

Schöne Unterkunft

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es fehlte an nichts. Das einzige, was uns gefehlt hat, war ein Hand lauf zur obersten Etage und eine normale Kaffeemaschine oder Kanne und Filter.

Mooi centraal gelegen complete woning

Een heel mooi ruim huis met alles erop en eraan. Hele vriendelijke en behulpzame gastheer. Het huis ligt op loopafstand ven het centrum van Sittard. We voelde ons er gelijk thuis.

Schöne Auszeit in Sittard

Wir waren total begeistert. Die Küche ist super eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts. Liebevolle weihnachtliche Dekoration rundete den schönen Gesamteindruck noch ab. Gerne wieder. Die Innenstadt von Sittard ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Vielen Dank an den Vermieter

Heel compleet en verzorgd huis

Het is een heel leuk huis. Een aantal bijzondere dingen en deuren maar heel compleet. Paar dingen: er staan 3 2 persoonsbedden. Die zijn 140 breed. We waren met een vriendinnengroep en dat was wel een beetje te knus. Je kon je amper omdraaien. Verder is er veel verlichting maar met heel fel licht. Niet heel gezellig. Verder wel echt een tophuis.
