Spacious villa 200 meters from the Costa Rei beach, surrounded by a large garden with green lawn, close to the city center but very quiet. The villa consists of a large living room with fireplace and open kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 large double bedrooms with the possibility of adding single beds. Outside there is a large covered and furnished veranda, a terrace with sea view, brick barbecue and two outdoor showers, ideal spaces for spending time outdoors enjoying the green of the garden (completely fenced).

Inside the property there are three comfortable parking spaces. The villa is also equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, pots and pans, water supply and linen (on request for a fee, € 8 per person).

The house is exactly as described, with everything very clean and well-maintained. The distance from the sea and the center is perfect, making it very convenient to get around. A home on vacation

The apartment is well equipped especially the kitchen. The terrace with garden is a nice place to relax. The beach, supermarkets and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The owner was very friendly and always answered our questions very quickly. We really enjoyed our holiday in this holiday home.

Schöne Umgebung, Haus mit Stolpersteinen

Wir hatten das Haus zu Beginn der Saison. Und das hatte auch Auswirkungen, es war alles noch nicht so ganz fertig. Die Gasflasche war leer und auch bei der Wasserinstalltion musste nachgebessert werden. Allerdings war die Gastgeberin sehr bemüht alle Mängel so zügig wie möglich zu beseitigen und hat sich auch sofort um alles gekümmert.

Tolle Ferien mit Hund

Ca. 300 m vom Strand entfernt mit sehr schmalem Zugang zum Wasser. Alternativ kann die Straße verwendet werden, die kaum befahren wird. Das Tor klemmt etwas, aber das Grundstück ist sehr schön. Wir waren mit den Kindern und dem Hund da und hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt aber ein Messbecher zum Abmessen von Flüssigkeitsmengen bzw. Gewichten zum Kochen/Backen. Das ist aber auch wirklich die einzige Kritik.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt

Praktisch eingerichtetes alleinstehende s Haus mit eigenem Garten und großer Terrasse. Betten wären sehr bequem, Bäder relativ frisch saniert, fussläufig zum Strand. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants ebenfalls fussläufig zu erreichen!

Bella villa al mare

La posizione della villa è fantastica perché vicinissima al meraviglioso mare di costa rei. La casa è molto spaziosa ma necessiterebbe di un po’ di manutenzione. Il giardino è bello e molto curato. Il parcheggio non facilmente utilizzabile per chi, come noi, ha noleggiato un furgone. Nel complesso, comunque, siamo stati molto soddisfatti della struttura.

Magnifique maison près de la plage

Cette maison est très bien située avec un très beau jardin fermé. Un petit chemin permet de rejoindre facilement la plage. L'intérieur est spacieux, pratique et bien agencé.

Bella villa con ampie camere e bagni. Il giardino è curatissimo. Gli interni in generale sono ben tenuti, ma un pò "datati". La dotazione di armadi è buona. La casa è a pochi minuti sia dal mare che dalle attività commerciali della località.

Villa molto ampia e con del potenziale.

La villa dispone di ampi spazi, interni ed esterni. E' molto vicina al mare, 2-3 minuti a piedi e si giunge in spiaggia. Le camere da letto sono ampie e i due bagni funzionali. Uniche pecche sono il terrazzo molto assolato (non utilizzabile per buona parte del mattino) per il quale consiglieremmo una tenda per ombreggiare e rinfrescare la casa, i rumori della strada di sera, specialmente per la camera sul retro, pochi supplementi di arredo (mancano portasciugamani in bagno, presine, tovaglie, utensili per cucina). Sono state svitate e non sostituite moltissime lampadine. In compenso ci sono tante sedie e tavolini per godersi il giardino. La terrazza non e' vista mare come descritto, perche' la villa e' a livello del mare ma e' l'ultima del viale, partendo dalla spiaggia.

Grazie per i suggerimenti, la terrazza vista mare per la precisione c'è, purtroppo abbiamo demolito la scala in legno che portava alla terrazza e non abbiamo fatto in tempo a costruire quella in mattoni prima dell'inizio della stagione estiva. Cari saluti
