Beautiful Bay Front Single Family Home at exclusive resorts world Bimini Bay Resort. State of the art casino and sports bar. Walking distance to hotel and casino (~250 yards) with upscale dining, sushi bar and burger joint. This home is centrally located at Bimini Bay Way within walking distance to beautiful white sandy beaches (~250 yds) with breath-taking crystal-clear blue and turquoise waters. Outside the back door is 150ft Sea Wall docking up to 100' Boat. Note pedestal outlet is 50-amp shore power. Chemco your boat minimum powder needs. oats over 65ft .

Our 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms house is located on 50700 Bimini Bay way (see map in 1 of the pictures) inside Bimini Bay resort. It is the 8th house after the Hotel and casino going north on main road.
1 large L-shaped back patio, master bedroom has king size bed and private bathroom. Guest bedroom 1 has two full beds. Guest bedroom 2 had 2 full bunk beds. VIP Guest bedroom has a queen size bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Dining area. Smart HD TV and FREE WI-FI. Washer and dryer.
NOTE.
For you boaters, we all depend on whether to get to Bimini, so I offer full refund or re-schedule booking if www.NOAA.com issues a small craft advisory on its website within 3 days from arrival date.
No cancellation allowed within 7 days with good weather. No credit refunds for early check out. If you need early check-in let me know.
Golf Cart is the way of transportation inside resort, and I recommend you rent one from Sue and Joy convenience store. Text me for number.

We had a great stay! The house was comfortable, and perfect for our family. We loved the location and especially enjoyed having the dock since we came by boat. The host was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. We had a wonderful time in Bimini and would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous home, excellent host!

We had a delay getting here and had three gorgeous days over the New Year’s holiday. We then had a delay getting out because of weather . Berger was more than accommodating on both ends of this trip. Accommodated us at all costs. We will definitely be visiting again and look forward to visiting this gorgeous property.

Horribly dirty, doors broken, no plates or flatware, disgusting grill that had no propane, unsafe!

The place was filty, mold on the shower curtain, the outdoor grill was unbelievably disgusting and out of propane. We were going to clean it and go buy a tank of propane but the latch on the door to the deck wouldn't work to let us back outside! I got out of the shower and walked to the kitchen and back, layed down on the bed and my wife saw the bottoms of my feet, they were completely black! I don't think the floors have been properly cleaned in months. We had a bi-fold door come off of the track and smack our daughter in-law in the head. Two of the three smoke detectors have been removed. Upon our arrival the refrigerator was full of old spoiled milk and food and the ice maker trey was full of ice and some other unknown substance. The bed linens were tossed into the closet without being folded (no idea if they were clean or not), so we did a load of wash and the washing machine leaked water all over the floor. If you are looking for a nice property to vacation in, this is not the place!

Not much there for me

Property was nice. Needs up dating. Paint would be nice but other wise fairly clean. It was a great value price wise. Located in the heart of the resort and close to everything. The biggest problem was the Island had a fire at the power plant and twice a day the power would go out. When it went out everything stops. I mean gas pumps for the boat. Water stops running. Air conditioners quit. So here I am in the shower all soaped up and bam no power and no water. Power was out for 2 hours Not the properties fault but still this is a island. All in all this place was very accommodating and nice. If I ever return to this island I would rent this unit again. The owner is 5 stars and will do all for her guest.

Great vacation apartment

The apartment was comfortable and clean. Owner was very responsive to all questions, and the check-in was super quick and easy. Bimini is great for the family. Kids can enjoy the pool and the beautiful beach. I would definitely like to stay in this apartment in Bimini again.

Very nice.

The only bad thing I found with the whole stay was that we did not have water for two days in the morning for four hours each day. Also when we got to the room there was no toilet paper or paper towel available. The place is very nice like I said before and well-kept for a guy that's been going to Bimini Bay since Bimini Bay opened it's definitely one of the nicest place still around that I have stayed, I will definitely rent from them again.
